Great place, comfortable rooms

Rooms were not overly clean. Bathrooms seemed to be only lightly cleaned between room change over. Hair in shower and on the floor. The sheets had a weird smell. Towels were very thin and only gave 2 per room. The second day we never received fresh towels and when going down to the front desk to get fresh ones we were told someone would deliver them. The towels never came. The facility was mid renovations.

The bed was comfortable. The staff was nice. It was a good location near things. My reservation said check in was at 3. After trying multiple times, my room still wasn't ready but they were able to put me into a different room at 5pm. There was ramen on the floor. There was a cockroach in the hairdryer.

It was Clean bright and newly renovated. It was surge pricing for ECU parents weekend.

My only recommendation is to get better tasting coffee.

The staff was attentive to my needs. Something happened dueing my stay. I wiil not elaborate on it. I just hope they get the problem resolved.

I was just passing through, but this hotel was a very refreshing stop. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. There was an issue in my room and they quickly moved me to another room. Great job.
