Holiday Inn Greenville by IHG

The bed was comfortable that's all The elevator was stuck the bathroom light was blown out the breakfast was horrible and the black lady that cooks looks like a clown with all that makeup on her face it's nothing like the city bistro was the Holiday Inn Supposed To be great

The pool! And the staff, very friendly! I didn’t like the idea of having to pay for breakfast (only because I’ve never stayed somewhere where breakfast wasn’t included, if it was served). I still paid though, we were hungry! Ha!

Location to the convention center, cleanliness, staff was professional Premium price. Fresh linens were stacked on the bed but it was not made when we arrived. After a text communication with the staff, the bed was made while we were out to dinner.

The check-in and check-out process was quick and hassle-free, and the beds were very comfortable.

The hotel is very old and doesn’t have the WiFi connection ability in the rooms

Check in was easy with a polite desk clerk... housekeeping staff was loud and vulgar in the hallways but the kicker was a male housekeeping staff member let himself into my room WITHOUT knocking and instead of promptly closing the door back...he stood there with it open trying to demand to know why I was in an "out of order" room. The entire time, my daughter was hiding in a corner , because she had been changing clothes. I finally had to demand for him to close my door! Desk staff stated that she would leave a note for the manager...she didnt. Spoke with the manager while checking out...she stated that the general manager would reach out to me. She hasn't. Paper trail of conversation with staff, and everything on the hall camera.... would not recommend for females traveling alone.

Disappointed that pool was not in service. Also that I had booked a king suite through Expedia and only got a king bed room with sofa bed after paying all that money for one night.

Also the carpet in hallway was disgusting. Especially in front of our room door. We were just checking in. The room was clean except some minor details. Hotel was quiet and I slept well.

Started at the entrance. Guy at front doors saying the f-word many, many times loudly. Dirt in corner, dirty carpet, no hot water, Could not adjust fridge temp(too warm)and very noisy. One very inflated price online and much better price at the desk. The whole first floor being renovated. No fun at the price we paid.

Although I was a bit disappointed that breakfast was not included, all the facilities were clean and well maintained, and the staff were very friendly, so I was very satisfied with my stay. If I come back to this place again, I would definitely stay at the Holiday Inn.
