The desk rep handled a situation that I was having with my RSVP. She was very professional and made sure my husband and I were well taken care of..The breakfast staff was great as well. Kudos

The breakfast was really good and the lady helping at breakfast was sooooooo helpful, and very catering to the guests! The room didn’t feel warm and cozy. There was no carpet on the floor, just hardwood flooring. The room was very large but the walls did not have very much decor on them, so it didn’t feel very inviting. The bathroom specifically could have been cleaner. The small picture on the bathroom wall was covered in dust; the toilet was still dirty, and the floors didn’t appear clean. They also had no extra toilet paper in the bathroom so we had to obtain some. It was also not very quiet. Also concerns with security…the back door near the stairs was propped open two nights we were there when we got back to our hotel very late, after midnight.

The breakfast bar attendant - Millie, was very nice and Millie kept the breakfast bar full and clean. Mille would assist guests as needed, such as making their waffles for them and even taking the finished waffle to the guest. The breakfast bar had a nice variety of items to choose from. One side note: there needs to be a sign or something to let other guests know this a "shared" breakfast bar and they should not hog the whole bar by spacing their chosen items all along the bar and blocking other guests from utilizing it. This was a repeated numerous times by the same set of guests. The housekeeping was whole different story for us. While they were friendly when we talked to them and were accommodating in providing towels. However, the whole time we were there, 3 days, our room was never cleaned. I check when we arrived to verify there was daily housekeeping and new towels each day. The used/wet towels were never removed, the trash cans were never emptied and the beds were never straighten up. We did not request for them "not" to do the normal housekeeping. Upon check-out this was brought to the front desk as an issue. Definitely not what I would and have expected from this brand.

The check-in was fast and the staff was very welcoming. The room was as listed and expected.; clean and well stocked with plenty of fresh towels. The breakfast staff was accommodating and very friendly;; asking would you like me to make you a waffle, now thats a first. Overall, my stay was very nice tried to book for the following weekend but they were fully booked.

Remodeled but not get up. Cheap looking. Hall and stairway carpets dirty. AC is hallway and staircase didn’t work and was hot! Won’t be back.

Friendly staff and breakfast selection. Plenty of security cameras. Washer and Dryer. Clean dining area. Waffles with non sugar syrup. Really slow WIFI that went down often. Hard to use FB and stock trading apps. Room had fake damaged tiles. Bath tub was slippery. Toilet moved when sitting down on it. There were cracks in walls. TV screen had a line down the middle with an ancient remote. Room was not serviced during three night stay to include no clean towels provided unless requested.

There was mold in the shower/tub and the toilet was rank.

The hotel adds a fee if you book through a third party. I was shocked that I had to pay additional for my stay. It would be better had I known this when I booked my stay. The staff was helpful and very accommodating.

No comfortable chair in rooms
