Gated pool closed and remodeling

I paid for a king smoking deluxe room and ended up with a double bed plain room. Was told they were booked up on all the king beds, yet thats not what I booked. How did I get this room from start if they were booked?!?. And submitted a complaint and still nothing. No compensation or anything

Quiet, comfortable bed,good breakfast.My mini fridge was not working and the maintenance man came in 10 minutes and replaced it. Electrical receptacles did not hold my plug in chargers securely.The bathtub mat had a brown scum underneath it.That tells me it was never taken out and cleaned underneath.The shower light switch kept malfunctioning.When I spilled some water on the floor and wiped it up with a towel,the towel was black.The floor needed mopped.When I requested some fresh towels and the wastebaskets emptied nobody came.

All 3 outlets in the room were broken. Bathroom was so disgusting I opted to bathe with a wash cloth in the sink. It was just bad.

Very close to everything, comfortable beds and clean. The nightly price is a little higher for what you get.

Room was clean and the staff were nice Water damage and the beds were really creaky. Weird mark on the floor that looked like someone's phone caught fire.

the staff .. excellent. they really try to help you. the breakfast was also nice. the internet was awful and in the evening there is no one to fix it

It was a place to sleep and the beds were comfortable. The place is very run down. Outside there is a lot of painting that needs to be done. The ceiling in our room had gaps, the sink wasn't clean, could only use the hot water because the knob for cold came off-the refrigerator did not cool, the outlets were lose, and it was just not properly maintained for what I spent.

Was beautiful and nice.

The breakfast was very good! Fresh eggs and waffles and coffee, and sausage. The breakfast attendant did not like how cold the eggs were, and she made a fresh batch of scrambled eggs. Enjoyed having fresh good butter too. Also had fresh apples and flavored water that was excellent. Nothing, staff went above and beyond to make our stay really great!
