Very nice and clean

The staff was were very friend and I was very impressed with the excellent condition (layout, cleanliness) of the room.

I like the staff I called early to see if it was possible to check in early and they was excited to tell me on the phone to come on over and they two ladies at the front desk was super nice and very helpful. The hotel was well maintained inside and out. The room and all of the rooms was super clean. Great meal and drinks at the bar. And the bar tender was great too. We truly enjoyed this stay. We highly recommend this to anyone looking for 5star stay in the Mauldin, Greenville, SC area.

I then realized that I would also need extra creamer. I asked Noriya if I could also have two of the packets that contained the sweeteners and stirrers. I then asked, “do those contain creamers too?” She kept right on working on the computer and mumbled, “I don’t know. I’ve never looked at one. I responded, “I’m sorry. I can tell I am bothering you and you are clearly busy. Don’t worry about it. I’m just a guest.” A couple of your employees are very kind. But for the most part they are cold and seem to hate their jobs. This is my second visit there and the experience has been the same each time. The rooms are very nice and clean so it’s unfortunate that some of your employees are not professional. I received the same type of dismissive attitude on my last visit when I called to find out why the streaming was so slow and basically impossible to use. That girl told me it was because everyone was watching tv at the same time. Uh. Yeah. You’re a hotel. That’s what people do at night.

The room was clean and the (for purchase) breakfast was good. The cafe staff were very nice. The front desk people (multiple) were rude. The coffee maker in my room was broken. I was told I could purchase coffee by front desk staff since she didn’t know anything about the room coffee makers (cafe wasn’t open, she said she’d just make it). Then she forgot about me entirely for 15 minutes so I just left and bought a coffee. The pool malfunctioned and was inoperable for three days. We were told very rudely with zero apology that “amenities are not guaranteed.” The fireplaces outside also did not function. This was the first time I’ve ever stayed in a hotel and didn’t like the shower - our room had an open shower that splattered water everywhere and was not always hot. I asked for extra towels and you’d have thought I asked the front desk for a kidney. Prob won’t stay again.

The property was clean, but it can be clean better. It wasn’t free breakfast at the property.

Nothing too bad nothing to great. What got my goat was washer and dryer take quarters only. Even more annoying than this was management ran out of quarters and told me to run to the store. This is backwards thinking, staff should be running to the store whenever they are even close to running out of quarter reserves.

The pool was closed for maintenance which was extremely disappointing since I was traveling with children who were expecting to swim. When asked for a compensation the staff was dismissive. Also I wish there was continental breakfast. I misread and thought there was

Close to activities we needed to do, very accommodating

Easy access to their house! Wonderful, clean, and friendly staff, well worth the money! There's a charge for breakfast but the Waffle House is close or we go to breakfast with them somewhere else! I do wish they included breakfast but of course that would raise the price so it's understandable!

Room size English is key to communication!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
The location and the price! There was no breakfast unless you paid for the bistro.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. The whole facility was clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the sheets nice and clean. I forgot to add the breakfast
