ALL OF THE ABOVE, EXCEPT BAR, WHICH I DID NOT ATTEND

Lovely property. Great staff. We arrived late at night (11:45pm). There was no person in sight. And no signs to lead us into the reception (we wandered around shouting into the lobby). Night manager was great. Very helpful. There also no personnel at Housekeeping, but he take the time to fulfill our request. Really, for a Regency type of property, there should be somebody at housekeeping. Besides night was restful and breakfast delicious. Thanks so much!!! Hotel lobby is stunning.

The hotel was fine enough, but I don’t understand why they were playing such loud techno music in the lobby until 11pm every night. The atrium is a big open space that the rooms are mostly connected to. So the music was very audible in the room. This was on a Tuesday night and not what I was looking for. This continued for the next 3 nights. It was definitely the wrong vibe and I will not be returning.

Need more staff at the restaurant though! Ruben was exceptional and he had service with a smile despite serving many tables with one helper. Valet could be a little friendlier too…unfortunately not everyone wants to wait for them to bring others luggage in when we can still do ourselves. They did not even try to hide their disapproval. Otherwise it was a great place to stay and we will plan to stay again!

The decor was out of this world gorgeous! Room and bed extremely comfortable. Staff very attentive.

Very nice hotel - we loved the character of the building and the Condé Nast publishing history. The room was clean and nice. We would stay there again.

The room was not equipped initially. We had to ask for blow dryer luggage rack and a fan since it was a bit warm. Otherwise staff was responsive - the day we had coffee in the lobby it was understaffed - felt badly for the one server.

Beautiful atrium with spacious seating areas, cocktail bar and food service; excellent staff at front desk; handsome room seemed recently renovated. Lived the sheets, duvet and mattress. While our room was a long walk from the elevator, it was quiet. Pool was quite warm but glad for the dunk! Would definitely return. Front door staff very polite and welcoming.

This was an amazing hotel for a weekend heat wave getaway. My wife and I had stayed there years before (sans toddler), but the center atrium had been under construction. Now that it's complete, it's really magnificent looking, and a great place for a kid to run around and explore. I would highly recommend it for a weekend trip from the city

Beautiful Hotel. Big bar in the middle of the lobby and restaurants and mini grocery store as well. I just wish there was an online check in like Hilton has. But the hotel was clean and the rooms are spacious.

i love the movie theater in the hotel ! a wonderful addition to the hotel if you have kids to entertain

Wonderful place, beautiful, clean and all amenities that you don't need to leave the property

Staff was wonderful. The only problem is in the self parking area guests did not put trash in containers at times. Just left it in the parking lot. The maids and other staff were great.

Highly recommend this hotel for its location and quietness. Staff were great overall. Only criticism is the hotel seemed understaffed at the busiest times of day. Rooms, reception and facilities are great
