Enjoyed the breakfast, especially the coffee machine. Pool was nice. Room was clean, nice tv. Helpful staff. Parking very easy, location near lots of food options.

Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, really good coffee with breakfast. Very good location for getting around the Indianapolis area.

After checking in and getting to our room, we immediately noticed what appeared to be mold on the air-conditioning unit. Because of that, we went back to the front desk and asked if another room was available. We were offered two other rooms located next to each other on the first floor, but both had an extremely strong cigarette-smoke odor. The smell was overwhelming enough that neither room was an acceptable option for us, so we ultimately decided not to stay at the hotel. I would definitely keep this in mind if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke, musty odors, or strong smells in general. I understand that hotels can't control everything guests do, but between the condition of the A/C unit in the original room and the heavy cigarette odor in both replacement rooms, we simply weren't comfortable staying there. Hopefully these are issues the hotel can address, because we really did intend to stay—we had a reservation and only left because of the condition of the rooms we were given.

It was close to where I needed to be the next day The entrance roadway to the hotel was horrific. I arrived at 10pm and as I was driving into the parking lot and the road was littered with massive potholes (3.5 inches deep and 2 feet wide). I hit one and it blew the sidewall out of my tire and wrecked it. Hotel staff said they had been complaining about the road to the South Park business association for months but they would not do anything about it. The hotel did nothing for me and I had to spend then next day finding a tire and getting it replaced at my cost of $250. When I came back hours later that day to put the new tire on the car magically alll of the potholes were repaired. When I asked the hotel management they somehow couldn’t tell me the phone number of the business association or their office location.but somehow they got a hold of them to fix the road. Worst nights sleep, $250 out of my pocket for a tire, and hotel management lying to me about how or who to contact for the cost of my tire when they obviously contacted them to fix the road while I was gone getting my tire replaced and did absolutely nothing to help me. Don’t stay here unless you want crappy customer service. Worst stay I have ever had in all of my years travelling for business.

Location was good. Our room was very musty smelling and didn’t feel real clean. We mentioned to clerk we were right above the outside smoking area. He didn’t have another room and said he would keep the smokers away but he didn’t have another room available and the musty smell was there all night. Breakfast in the morning could have been much better.
