Have stayed here several times in past when i arrived at 7pm was told i needed a 75.00 deposit i was gladly going too give 75.00 cash deposit but was informed they would not give me a reciept for the deposit that id never been asked too pay before ....i politely asked too speak too manager was informed she would not contact manager .....so i told her too cancel my reservation and a week later still have not returned my money

Worst hotel ever wouldn’t book here

Nice room. Clean and comfortable.

Room reeked of weed. Bed linens were dingy and dirty, bath linens were dingy and dirty, and the room was incredibly stuffy.

Updated and easy stay. Staff very nice.

Pool and pice. Needs a little updating. I almost fell when showering because the tub was extremely slippery.

The management staff is very rude. Watched the owner fight a female guest. They don’t care about people staying there.

Room was fairly clean except it looked like there was black mold in the bath tub grout. The room smelled like smoke because it is a motel and people stand just outside their rooms with the door propped open and smoke. I wondered why the bathroom vent fan was on when I arrived. Now I know.

t's close to areas I need to go and Family.

Washer machine did not work. Room smelled terrible of cigarettes. The power shut off when used microwave. It was not worth the $160

Reserved a room just for the night. Got into the hotel and there was a very musty smell throughout. Got to our room and there were tears in the couch, laminate torn off of the front of the nightstand and a hole punched through the bathroom door. Needless to say, we found another hotel for the night.

Our bathroom door had holes in it.

Travels from Florida to Indiana being a single mom with 2 kids. Going for cheer competetion. Booked this hotel months in advance. While we were traveling dues to traffic and having to stop with kids and my feet swelling out of no where we got to hotel 30min past 3am was no aware there was a cut off time bc the website says 24hr. Knocked on front door this lady come up open the door said "what can I help you with?" I said we have a reservation and she cut me off said she already canceled it and goes to close the door on me, I said can we and she cuts me off again saying and we don't have any more rooms. Website said 6 available plus the 1 we were suppose to get so how is that possible. I had told cheer parents about that hotel and had about 5 other family's reserve rooms there (so I got business for the hotel and I got screwed bc I was "30min late) AT 4am I had to find another hotel for my n my 2 kids after traveling 30hrs... WILL NEVER RESERVE WITH ANY RES ROOFS AGAIN.

To make matters worse, I specifically booked non-smoking rooms, but all of them smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The odor was so noticeable that it made the rooms uncomfortable to stay in. For a reservation of this size, I expected much better maintenance and quality control. Water leaks and smoke odors in non-smoking rooms are serious issues that should have been addressed before guests checked in. I would not recommend staying here unless these problems are resolved.

We stayed in a first floor room. Water was dripping from the vent hood from the second floor. When I went to the front desk, they didn't seemed concerned. Just asked if I wanted to change rooms.

It's sad to see this hotel take a nose dive in such a short time. We checked in on Friday July 3 and checked out July 5, 2026. When we went to the room we immediately noticed the latch was coming out of the door. The regular lock worked. So we didn't think much of it. The next morning we were awakened by a dog next door that barked for two hours straight. The girl at the front desk apologized but offered no resolution. The night of the 4th we decided to use the jetted tub. That's when we noticed mold all over the ceiling of the bathroom above the tub/shower. If a that wasn't bad enough we also noticed the hotel charged us two deposits. When I tried to call the hotel to report everything they did not answer. I still have pictures of the mold and busted latch. This has been our go to hotel for a few years and it's a shame that we have to find a new one. We paid entirely too much for the upgraded room to have this many problems.

Great place to stay on a quick work trip.

It’s clean and the facilities are perfect. I can’t think of anything.
