I did not have any cable TV the whole time I stayed

We stayed in a first floor room. Water was dripping from the vent hood from the second floor. When I went to the front desk, they didn't seemed concerned. Just asked if I wanted to change rooms.

It's sad to see this hotel take a nose dive in such a short time. We checked in on Friday July 3 and checked out July 5, 2026. When we went to the room we immediately noticed the latch was coming out of the door. The regular lock worked. So we didn't think much of it. The next morning we were awakened by a dog next door that barked for two hours straight. The girl at the front desk apologized but offered no resolution. The night of the 4th we decided to use the jetted tub. That's when we noticed mold all over the ceiling of the bathroom above the tub/shower. If a that wasn't bad enough we also noticed the hotel charged us two deposits. When I tried to call the hotel to report everything they did not answer. I still have pictures of the mold and busted latch. This has been our go to hotel for a few years and it's a shame that we have to find a new one. We paid entirely too much for the upgraded room to have this many problems.

Great place to stay on a quick work trip.

We stayed here last year and the room was outdated but clean. Stayed here again for the same event and the room we got was bad. Hair in the sheets (we slept on a fresh sheet on top of the bedding), ripped comforters, considerable mold on bathroom ceiling. The front desk guy was nice and friendly. We won’t be back next year.

Room was clean, beds were comfy, water was hot! Didn't use the pool but it looked very clean and well maintained. Plenty of towels, not enough washcloths. No issue though.

House keeping failed to clean the room one day. After making them aware they took care of it very quick.

Room was not very clean or maintained. We had 1/2 a roll of tp and only 2 towels, one for the bathroom and one for the sink.

First off, they charged my card on file BEFORE I arrived! That should not have been done! Part of using hotels.com was because it stated we would not be charged UNTIL arrival! Room was awful! Broken door lock, broken bath hook, damaged bathroom door, shower ceiling missing chunks ! They allowed a dog to be in the pool! Sheet had poorly cleaned blood stains BUT was still used! Beds were not re-made nor towels freshen on our third day. Photos are deceiving ! I will never believe reviews again! I will never use Red Roof Inn again 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

The floor was dirty. I’m a picky person but nothing was really what I’d say nice.

Place was nasty, I stayed in a 2 beds room and found excess amount of dog feces under both beds like it never gets cleaned. I want my money back or I’m going to report it to the health department. Do not stay on this nasty place.

Great stay clean room. Staff was very helpful air conditioner was 100%.

The only thing I had a problem with was the tub had no shower mat or antislip tape on the bottom of the tub and I almost fell a few times each time I took a shower which is really dangerous

Could’ve been a lot better, could’ve been worse. I didn’t like seeing a hole in my sheets. And the sides of the beds being steel panels made it very irritating and easy to step into. However, If all you’re doing is sleeping for a night, it gets the job done. The staff were nice, too. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for.

Second stay here. Everything, for what we are used to, was top notch
