Up on arriving the guy at the front desk was real rude. I had to put a $75 deposit down for the room do not said the website. Get to the room they don’t look nothing like the pictures on the website. The room was nasty stain on sheets, showers, toilet, towel was nasty and smell like smoke. People was hanging out in the parking lot. I didn’t feel safe. Next day I made it back to the room around 12:00 PM and was locked out of my room to go to the front desk and get another key card. Overall this was a horrible experience. I would never use this place no more.

Location was ideal. It was clean. We were on the 2nd floor and no elevators available. Not good for an older person with hip issues. Also the tub bottom was slippery and almost fell. The life machine did not work.

Probably the people that ran the facility and the maid service was good Damp floor—-Damp feeling sheets—everything in the room felt damp—-couldn’t regulate the temperature in the room

The beds were very comfortable, the AC worked well, and the internet was lightning fast. I stayed for four nights and have no major complaints.

Not much. The whole room felt damp & it never dried. The management came into my room while I was in the shower! Unauthorized for no good reason. The girl who checked me in was slow ¬ very friendly

The room smelled weird. They had to try 3 rooms until one was clean. Then there was mold on the ceiling.

There was a hole in the bathroom door, a roach crawled across the floor while I was eating my dinner, and my door keys stopped working twice. Plus I had to pay a $75 damage deposit that I had some difficulty getting returned due to my card being hacked (not related to this stay). Inconvenience yes, but will I stay again - no. Do I recommend- no. Pay an extra $20 and enjoy your environment.
