I love the hotel,beds need to be upgraded my bed you can feel and the bed spring. Over all that is my only concern.

Weird check in arrangement with limited parking and it was difficult to get luggage into lobby'\.

We had a very nice stay. The Staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean. I would stay there again

Excellent Experience

Clean room and friendly staff!

We checked in, we reserved a king room, but got 2 double beds instead, the front desk said that is all they had, I explained when I booked I requested a king room, they gave away my reservation. But had to stay as already paid also parking is now $17 per night. And house keeping knocked on our door at 8AM, and did again at 830 AM, there was no do not disturb sign in room.

Took 1 hour to check in as Hilton system was down.

the property was in the location I needed, it was clean and the check in and out process was good, only thing I still have not received was the check out folio that the hotel said they would email to me but its been a 24hrs and still nothing.

Only bad thing was the hour check in. They picked up parking fee which was nice.

Everything was great. But the only thing was there systems was down to check in, and it took a while to get check in, because they had to do it by paper check in to look up your name on the paper copies. But they compensate everyone by not charging for parking. The stay was wonderful. and no complaints. The rooms were clean. I would stay at this hotel again.

The armoire having a shelf in the middle makes it hilariously useless. Bathrooms need better ventilation as there was so much water damage all over the place it was gross. The shower curtain being a foot from the ground makes a mess everywhere. Good thing it wasn't a small bathroom.

Clean room, comfortable bed, coffee shop was good but Breakfast Buffet was average. Bartender has a great personality, the pork sliders were delicious, staff were friendly and helpful. Overall great experience. Thank you Double Tree.

Well kept hotel, but there were faint smells of cigarette smoke. Overall very comfortable stay.
