We demanded a refund. It was honest to God the nastiest room I have ever seen. Nothing was cleaned at all. Nastiest room I've ever seen. Nothing had been cleaned. Bathroom was filthy, sheets on the bed were literally disgusting. I could not tell you if they had even been washed or if the bed had just been made back up.

The gal working the front desk was absolutely amazing and extremely friendly. Parking was good. However I was very disappointed that the pool was closed for the season as that was a big factor in booking the room. There was nothing on the booking site about it being closed. The room was ok. However there was hair in the shower and the shower curtain was extremely stained/gross.

The location, staff, and breakfast The pool was closed and didn’t know that. The rooms had stains on the walls and outlets didn’t work

The sheets looked as if they had not been changed. The breakfast was horrible. Waffles did not cook thoroughly. 1st time it ever happened.

Older hotel definitely needs updates. And could be a lot cleaner. Air worked great and bed was comfortable.

The room was clean to the eye. But it could use a good detail in cleaning . Housekeeping came the next morning knocking on the door for service at 8:30 and we were still sleeping. Could not find an ice machine on the property had to go to gas station to get ice. And the pool was out of service for the rest of the year and it was only July so a nice dip would have been nice.
