The room was not clean. The ceiling was flaking off … and still leaking over the bed! The place reeked of marijuana and the room itself was supposed to be non smoking but reeked of cigarettes smoke. The stairs and hallways were also dirty.

Absolutely Nothing. I got a refund because the rooms were nasty, disgusting, urine stains everywhere, covers were stained, room stunk like urine and cigarettes and they didn’t even honor the request to have room at 72* when I got there. My daughter’s room was the same and to top it off, the check-in attendant went further to say that ALL the rooms were like that and they get complaints like our ALL the time. Thanks Leslie for letting us know. We definitely will NEVER stay there!!! EVERYTHING!!!

The room was dirty. These are the things within my room that were not clean: bathroom door, shower walls and fixtures, closet door mirror, carpeting, blow dryer handle, and bedspread cover, toilet paper holder, and bathroom sink faucet. The elevator was filthy and needed cleaning. Maintenance was also needed for all of the lighting fixtures in the room. It appeared the owners just didn’t care. I will not return to this hotel.

Nothing Customer service is lacking with this place. They never responded to any of my messages about my stay

N/A Walked in, tub was still wet but dirty, toilet seat had pee on it, room wasn’t the cleanest… that was enough to turn around

Switched room as soon as I saw how dirty it was from unclean sheets to filthy carpet stained walls next room was worse I left as soon as I possibly could seeing as I was in Griffin for a family event didn't stay in room more than 10 minutes changed clothes only could not even shower tub was gross
