Location was good. Bathroom had no handle plugs didn't work tv didn't work pool was green and not able to use breakfast was not but all bread. Mirrors were broken ac filter had mold cap to needles in parking lot

Nothing. Being bitten by bed bugs. Blood stain on sheet. Mildew on tile in shower. Poor upkeep of unit. Unclean. A/c not cold. Animal hair on furniture. No microwave.

The room was very dirty. There were flies in the room when we checked in. The towel rack was broken. The stopper in the bathroom sink was missing. We purchased room freshener due to the smell. All you could smell on the property was people smoking weed. The pool was unable to be used. The water was filthy. We were not n for race weekend and could not find other accommodations, otherwise we would have left. I would not recommend this hotel.

The staff had excellent customer service and was helpful. The location was amazing and centrally located to Walmart restaurants and other attractions.This was my first time in Georgia and I went there for my family reunion. My oxygen dependent aunt was very afraid to go sleep or get out of the car It was a motel full of homeless and people with questionable criminal backgrounds. The room was disgusting and dirty with dead bugs were on the dirty sheets mold cobb webs, roaches, and a dead rat underneath the bed. I was itching and the next day I had bite marks throughout my body. I want a refund and I reported this to the local health department

It was ok for 1 night, but the pool is non working and black water...this needs to be updated on Expedia that no working pool...seems to be a long term housing area also..

I got 60$ for a room I didn't get..when I got there it was 84$..×tra fees.

The hotel is old, run down, and did not feel safe during my stay. Several areas were poorly maintained, the lighting around the property was inadequate, and the overall condition made it uncomfortable. I would not recommend staying here until significant improvements are made. Stated it was pet friendly, then charges an extra $25 per night. Breakfast is a joke. This was bad inside and out. The night staff was nice.

The Night Auditor KeKe was so kind and patient! I booked through Hotels.com and Afterpay and it took them awhile to get the virtual card to process. KeKe put my mind to ease. She was quick, efficient and empathetic! The room was better than I envisioned. I would definitely stay here again!
