Cabin was clean and cozy. Staff was friendly.

Very comfortable and cozy cabins just walking distance to Guerneville. The beds especially were some of the most comfortable we've ever slept in. The perfect hotel if you are looking for a relaxing getaway!
-
Cute and nicely redone cottages. Towering redwoods. Sense of calm. The continental breakfast was very simple. Not much clothes storage in the cottage. Needs a coffee maker (since coffee is not available until 8:30a) and a small microwave.

The staff was the MVP but also the cabins and the nature around was so beautiful. Will for sure be back.

Lovely spot!

The breakfast was fine--a little protein, little carbs. Nothing fancy but got the job done. staff is gone at 6 pm

We loved this place and plan to come back many times ♥️

Beautiful, cozy, romantic getaway. Great staff, simple delicious breakfast, can't wait to return.

Beautiful property with amazing rooms - very clean, modern and cozy! Love the peace and quiet and the views from the balcony or front yard were beautiful - you feel like you are inside a forest and I loved that. The reception staff were very friendly and upgraded us as well on request - which was awesome. For this cost, it is a great value. Will definitely come back for a romantic getaway! They need some backup generator when power goes out due to bad weather. Power went out on the last night we were there and we had a difficult time with having to use flashlights to find our stuff at night - thankfully heaters were all gas based so they ran or we would have frozen up.

We had a very pleasant stay. Staff was very friendly and inviting. The cabin was beyond cute and accommodating, very clean as well. We would definitely stay again.

Great size cabin, very clean and comfortable.

The staff was absolutely lovely and the property is gorgeous!
-
Great rooms, chill clientele, amid beautiful redwoods, excellent location walkable to town

Simply wonderful
-
The location was central to the town and the cabin had a modern feel. The room was clean. The staff was very rude and inhospitable. The front desk clerk would not hold my bag after checkout. The rudest part was they would not allow us to use the pool area after the 11am checkout which is the norm at many properties in Guerneville. What was the most shocking about her response was the question she asked me: "what makes you think that you can use the pool after checkout". I was stunned by her comment.

Wonderful experience for our overnight stay. We were in Guerneville to see the Armstrong Woods. Our cabin was surrounded by large redwoods and the resort was immaculate. Well landscaped and quiet. Breakfast was served outside beside a nice fire pit. Staff was friendly and professional. I highly recommend this resort.

This place is a beautiful retreat. Kathy at the front desk was very kind and welcoming. I will return! I loved morning breakfast at the fire pit. The pool was very nice. We met the owner at her restaurant Boon eatery which I highly recommend! The was my first time to Guerneville and it was very memorable.

Great
-
everything nothing. everything was wonderful
-
the well manicured grounds, the pool area and well thought of cabins located near downtown but still felt far enough to feel secluded. a few unpredicted mishaps, no fault of the property which was resolved expidiciously by its general manager, cathy.
