If you’re looking for a little getaway with your family this place won’t disappoint. It’s not camping, it’s not glamping it’s somewhere in between and absolutely lovely. I felt like I was in a summer camp at the lake and camping at night in the comfort of a cabin and a bathroom. This space is thoughtfully designed and even though it’s small, it’s all well laid out. It was very clean and had just what we needed for our family of 3 (with an infant). Johnson’s beach is so cute and Guernville has great amenities- wine, massages, great food, etc.

A great location if you want to spend the day at the river, the cute downtown is all with walking distance. The properties could use some deep cleaning , new mattresses, and dusting, but otherwise we had a great experience.

The property was very clean and very close to the river

great spot, amazingly quiet!! especially in the off season

Had a great stay, the little cabins are cozy too

Nice place to stay. Great access to Johnson beach. Friendly professional staff.

The location is superb, close to the river, safe swimming, close to the main street with places to eat. The cabin itself is a mobile home in wood and in good condition, king size bed but only 1 side open, you need to climb over your partner to go to the bathroom at night . The shower lacked pressure on day 1 and was ok on day 2. Over all small and expensive but wonderfully located!

For the price, I was expecting a bit more peace or amenities. It would have been nice to have towels for the beach (we had to fly with our own), a tube to use or even paper towels in the kitchenette. While I thought the bungalow was generally clean, there were a lot of spider webs and dead bugs in the unit. We cut our stay short one day due to 90* temperatures and no AC. The room was comfortable at night, but during the day it got really warm and we had our dog with us. The location is great, the beach is nice and the staff was friendly. I would stay again but would choose the standalone cabins!

The staff was very nice. The one kid even offered to help us start a fire. If we wanted one we loved the bungalow. We will definitely come back and stay there again.

The cabinette was great. It was an event weekend so the rate was really high so I'd advise going on a less busy time. There isn't any AC and with the smoke it was difficult to leave the windows open to cool it down in the evening.

Loved the Gypsy wagon feeling of the tiny cabin on wheels. Beautifully designed and built out.

Clean room and quaint

Super cute! Enjoyed the bungalow, it was just like a mini cabin. Steps to the Russian River and downtown. Perfect location and enjoyed the retro/rustic vibe.

I would definitely go back for the weekend

Cabin was clean and looked great. Loved the bed , fan, bathroom , and windows. They also let me park there before check in and after check out a few hours . Close to beach too.

Excellent location, in fact the best location if you're intending to spend time on the river at Johnson's Beach.

It was very much a glamping experience, but really made for an awesome memory. Dog friendly, walking distance to town with good restaurants and stores. We look forward to returning to stay a few days longer.

The Tiny cabin was perfect for my husband and I. The resort was well maintained and the staff was extremely friendly and pleasant. We will definitely be back.
