Exceptional hospitality and communication by Blythe, Laurel, Fabian and Miguel during our stay. I appreciate how kind, attentive, and genuinely caring the Autocamp service staff were from checkout getting us situated after a longer drive getting here m, to directing my kids and I on amenities and the inner-workings of an Airstream trailer. This trip was made special and the staff put me at ease as I was traveling alone with my children. I highly recommend staying at Autocamp Sonoma, not only for the location but for the welcoming experience you will have.

Another nice touch was the availability of AV chargers that guests can use for free, which was very convenient. Overall, it was a comfortable and unique stay, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway close to nature.

We got into town early and showed up about an hour before check in time. They were accommodating and got us to our trailer within 15 mins of arrival and also had lovely warm cider to enjoy by the fire while they finished preparing our trailer Some mold spotted in the trailer and the sunroof above the bed dropped a few sprinkles of water from condensation in the morning

Secluded There’s stains on the sofa and the bedding. After telling the staff, the front desk said she’s going to send someone to change the bedding. When we came back, we only saw bedsheets left on our table in the autocamp. For the price we paid for two nights, this is unacceptable.

Bed and location Breakfast is a joke. Receptionist was rude and unprofessional. Check innis not until 4pm and checkput 10am, and they dont allow exceptions. Hot water is little for showering.
