Very nice location and near everything in a few minutes. The lady working the breakfast room was awesome. Only complaint was a few of the fixtures in the bathroom and some of the exercise equipment had rust. Was a small turn off but everything else was great.

The lady at the counter on Saturday 7/18 nightshift was amazing and took care of my family of 6 when we checked in much later than expected. Southern hospitality at its finest, and so kind and curtious. She went above and beyond and I really appreciate her - we really felt so taken care of !

The aerosols spray in my first room resulted in my having a mild asthma attack . They offered a room change but I had to repack carry the foam pillows they provided and get my daughter to help me change rooms frustrating !

The staff was very friendly and accommodating . The lady at the front desk when we checked in was so incredibly nice.

I loved my stay

Our experience at this hotel was exceptional, beginning with the parking accommodations, which were vital for our 40-foot trailer. The guest rooms were immaculately clean, and the daily breakfast selection was outstanding. Furthermore, the entire staff—including the front desk agents, housekeeping team, and breakfast attendants—provided exemplary and professional service throughout our stay.

The staff was absolutely amazing.

The room was spacious and clean. Bed mattress was as worn though. Breakfast was excellent! Great selection to choose from and staff was great!

The fire alarm kept going off at 5am-7am, no notification of what was actually going on by the staff, completely ruined my stay at hotel,hardly slept, pool closed at 8pm, which is rediculously early,breakfast was horrible, will stay at holiday inn or Marriott from now on, no garbage bags in garbage cans

Staff were excellent at both check-in and at breakfast. Breakfast was good, with plenty of options. The room was quiet, but the TV mount was at an odd, downward angle and the live TV feed kept freezing up. There were also no USB charging ports in the room. Good thing we’d brought charging blocks. We’ve stayed at other Hampton properties with USB ports in our room. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was always very nice and helpful. It did not matter when we popped in or left they were always friendly and welcomed us. The breakfast buffet was nice. We did not use the pool or workout area, but both looked really nice, clean and in use when we passed by.

Then there's the front desk staff - all shifts - who were so helpful. Any questions or concerns were handled expertly and with utmost courtesy. All the other stuff was great: comfy bed, clean room, cold a/c (July in Mississippi). Believe me when I say this was THE BEST hotel stay in my life, bar none.

Room was very spacious, plenty of room for the kids to walk around and play. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of choices and very tasteful. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Pool is great especially if you have small children being it starts off at 3 ft.
