Sleep Inn & Suites Gulfport

Very dirty. Smells like wet towels as soon as you walk in the building.Rooms in horrible condition, unclean.

WiFi wasn’t working at all

A little difficult to get to at the intersection. But, we made it, Great location across from the shopping center, Plenty of food and shopping options. Only complaint was the breakfast lady let the coffee run out. No excuse if you make one and put it out make another for when the one you put out is empty, which was quick. No bread for the jam and eggs, bacon, and sausage. Will come back soon, for grandson's funeral.

Hotel and room was clean. A little date, but it was comfortable. WiFi didn’t work that great

Lower your expectations before booking here. Housekeeping must be blind or just plain lazy. The whole place was just run down and let go. A little paint and a carpet cleaner would go a long way. But hey you’re close to the beach.

the room was horrible!!!!! whoever the housekeeper need be gone. who ever is the manager need to be replace. I had old food behind a chair in my room. the bathroom smelled like pee. the sofa bed that my step daughter was suppose to sleep on had no fitted sheet or any sheet at all. it had old blood stains all over it. then by the curtains on the ceiling had a big black spot look like mold. yeah I wouldnt recommend this hotel to a homeless person. Just horrible experience for me and my family.

Shower Rods and Shower curtain had rust on them. The curtain was stained from the shower rod being full of rust. The Window curtain had stains on the bottom file if the room had flooded but we were on the 2nd floor.

Room has strong odor. Outside carpet and elevator is dirty.

The room had a smell to it. Poor service all around

The staff at the front desk Jade was very rude, had a horrible attitude, also gave us a very hard time with our belongings.

Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was poor. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

The entire was really clean and well maintained.

Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Walls are too thin. Hotel when not full needs to book every other room. Able to hear all activity in next room.

2/4 of the rooms even not cleaned up upon arrival. We were going up stairs and found out the rooms are the mess (dirty). Going back and check in another rooms. The smell of the hotel is horrible! Never come back again. I will up the photo when I opened the door to get in and found out the room not cleaned yet.
