Sleep Inn & Suites Gulfport

Shower Rods and Shower curtain had rust on them. The curtain was stained from the shower rod being full of rust. The Window curtain had stains on the bottom file if the room had flooded but we were on the 2nd floor.

Room has strong odor. Outside carpet and elevator is dirty.

The room had a smell to it. Poor service all around

The staff at the front desk Jade was very rude, had a horrible attitude, also gave us a very hard time with our belongings.

Location The location needs a real deep cleaning and to have a consistent housekeeping staff service rooms daily along with not having to ask for clean towels daily.

Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was poor. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

I didn't wake up in time I wish I had overall my whole experience was excellent No complaints

The entire was really clean and well maintained.

The second room they moved us to was way better than the first room. The first room they put us in (301) was HORRID. Dirty, grimy, stains and rust everywhere, the top bed cover looked chewed through. Shower was gross and spewing out the bottom making it unusable. The next morning we told them and got us moved to a better room, definitely cleaner, still grimy. The shower in the next room you had to be standing in to turn it on making for a cold start to the morning.

Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Walls are too thin. Hotel when not full needs to book every other room. Able to hear all activity in next room.

2/4 of the rooms even not cleaned up upon arrival. We were going up stairs and found out the rooms are the mess (dirty). Going back and check in another rooms. The smell of the hotel is horrible! Never come back again. I will up the photo when I opened the door to get in and found out the room not cleaned yet.

Rooms

I just stay one night to rest from a long drive. The area is Close to a lot of restaurants. Breakfast was nice.

The first room that we were put in was extremely humid. We looked at the ceiling and mold spores were everywhere. The second room was somewhat ok. The room was a tad humid but a lot better than the first. The shower head was loose and spraying water everywhere. There were also a lot of stains on the counter tops as well.

The staff was nice but the hotel rooms needs updating and cleaned better.

Location Hotel wasnt clean, awkward smell, mold in ac, desk clerk took 10 min to acknowledge we were waiting to check in. Carpet in room was sticky.

The toilet had a ring in it, so it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Lots of hair in the shower
