Amazing beachfront

Very nice to be able to sit on the balcony and watch the ocean

The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I only wish there was air conditioning... it was very humid and the room would get stuffy. A fan was provided but could only help so much, and we didn't feel comfortable leaving our balcony door open without a screen on it.

Exceptional experience with everything from the wine and cheese afternoon reception to the amazing breakfast delivered to our room. Kind, courteous staff made this a wonderful getaway for my husband’s big birthday.

Room was clean with white linens and spotless room, bathroom, and balcony. The breakfast in the morning is wonderful, as is the wine/cheese hour in the evening. The location is unbelievable. We listened to the ocean all night and had such a relaxing experience. All staff members were kind, motivated to help, and very welcoming.

The location can't be bet! Our balcony faced the beach and was just steps from a quiet, sandy beach. We loved the wine and cheese hour and the complimentary breakfast served to our room each day was such a highlight. When we returned later one night, they even had cookies out for us. It's just a short drive from our house and feels like a vacation in another country. We can't wait to come back.

Breakfast brought to your riom

Proximity to the Beach and Miramar Restaurant. The pre ordered complete breakfast each morning. Afternoon wine and charcuterie and the fresh baked cookies each need and really good coffee in the lobby. The seat on the commode kept falling off and it was a bolted too loosely to the floor which made it significantly wobble during every use. We brought this to Managements attention a few times but what would have been a simple fix never happened. It was in the El sol room.

We had a perfect 2 night stay at the Cypress Inn in Halfmoon Bay. It was a surprise birthday celebration for my husband and it surpassed all expectations. From the moment we arrived until we reluctantly had to check out, the friendly staff and excellent service they provided was wonderful. From the delicious breakfast delivered to our room, to the afternoon happy hour and evening fresh baked cookies, we felt like royalty. We will definitely return.

Breakfast served in room. Happy hour from 5pm to 7pm. LOCATION is exceptional. Furnishing is a little dated.

The staff were very helpful and very nice! The rooms were nice and clean and was a really quiet place.
