The room was nice and clean but they were doing construction at the site and woke us up in the morning and toilet made a lot of noise when flushed

Very friendly and helpful staff. Not very sound proof, noise travels from halls and parking lot and nearby restaurants. They offer earplugs if wanted. Nice views of bay from balcony.

Staff very helpful. Didn’t care for small window in bathroom. Shutters didn’t keep light out. To us, a suite is 2 separate rooms, not a partition. That was dissppointing. Restaurant not opened 7 days a week not good. Wish the stores in mall were open every.. would recommend hotel to people who like quaint hotels.

This place is amazing and the staff was wonderful!! Room was clean and beautifully decorated. A lot of time when you stay at a property can have rooms that run wet or have a damp smell!! Not these these rooms are beautiful!!

Bedding Pillows really needed to be replaced.. bed was very uncomfortable

Everything was excellent from the staff to the location. Hotel shows age in some sense but that adds to the charm.

Loved the basement parking level, easy to get in and out. Front desk and housekeeping staff were nice, courteous and responsive. Room was big and clean.

Super view of harbor, staff very helpful TV was not working well after notifying front desk they quickly sent a maintenance man.
