This is a small but beautiful and quaint beachside resort in the sleepy town of Half Moon Bay. Solid gourmet continental breakfast included room was large, Long and narrow bed was very comfortable.

Nice location but the condition of the room was not what you’d expect for what you pay. Many upgrades required…very tired and shabby. Will not stay again and would not recommend unless you you have low expectations.

We loved our oceanfront room at the patio level. Great view, nice breakfast, the hot tub was clean and hot, and it’s a great location.

Not a full breakfast, however, there was a good variety of basic breakfast options to choose from.

Rooms were clean staff was friendly warm towels at front desk. Free wine at night and free breakfast in the morning. Heated pool on the beach, great place to stay well worth the price

Charming

The location, the service and breakfast were amazing. Lots of delicious but a little protein would have made it perfect! A little updating the bathroom (soap holder in the bathtub fell off and wasn’t fixed) Adding some face wash would have been appreciated. Also the toilet paper roll wasn’t folded in a cute way when we arrived. One of the TV’s wasn’t working A hanger was broken.

This was a really nice stay. The location outside of town was great and out the back where the pool and patio are is just a beautiful view. It’s friendly and the staff were wonderful (and the breakfast was a 10). Room was spacious and bed and pillows super comfortable. Also the restaurant next door didn’t look like much from the curb but in the back was so pretty, you could sit on the water and it was excellent! Nothing, would definitely recommend.

Room was great and breakfast was excellent and liked location of hotel. Only one thing bothered us and that was our room was next to highway and it was kind of loud in the morning

The ocean view from our room was excellent. It was a little sad that smokers were out on the balcony smoking even though it states that you shouldn't be doing that. The place needs some updating. The continental breakfast was good. The only hot item was the instant oatmeal that you could make. Would be nice if they shared that it came with refrigerator, stove stop to boil water, coffee machine, microwave & toaster.

After the short drive from SFO we look forward to sitting on our deck, relaxing and watching the pelicans. Rooms are spacious, with a fireplace and kitchenette. The hotel is close to many great local restaurants. But they do serve an excellent continental breakfast. We’ll be back next year!
