Run down motel. Our room had a bad smell, but they were sold out so they couldn't move us. Crowded breakfast at the waffle maker.

reasonable rate not too clean. was on the first floor but smelled like smoke even though it's non-smoking property. carpet smelled a bit.

The room was nice and clean. The space was comfortable and well organized. The breakfast was very nice: waffles, bagels, yogurt, juice, and coffee. Everything was put out and nicely displayed. The site also offers free parking and is in a great location near the beach and some wonderful restaurants. There was nothing I didn't like
