Location/View Bed sheets had very apparent stains and old,I took pictures of stains, refrigerator in bathroom, bath mat has strings hanging from it looks very tacky, Balcony was nothing like the pictures. Elevator not working, no coffee pot in room, no hand soap, no hand towels, shampoo was a big bottle that has been opened and gunky around lid. Bath towels look very dingy they were clean just old. No one to greet you when you arrive, just a note telling you to go to second floor, finally found a note to text that you were there. Tv small. I expected more for the price. But you can’t beat the view, the ocean right across the street and the sound of the waves was awesome.

The ocean view and the bathroom was somewhat clean. The floor was dirty, the bedboard had stains on it, balcony had dirty pillows and dirty old chairs. The sofa in the room was grungy, the rugs were old and dirty.

The images on the listing do not really reflect the experience once you're there. The hotel is extremely cluttered with various belongings, decor, boxes, etc. However, it was very clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable.

Wonderful view of the ocean. Right on th Half Moon Bay Coastal Trail. Seemed to be under some construction, though not a noise issue.

Our room was very close to the ocean. The sound of the waves was very relaxing. Our host Ann was super friendly and hospitable. She really made you feel welcome. This is an older property and the grounds could be kept up a little better.

Hotel was in bad shape, balcony door didn't latch. Room looked like it was in the middle of a remodel.broken tiles on the floor. Too much furniture for the room.

It’s literally right near the ocean, beautiful ocean views from your balcony! Not much we didn’t like about it….

Location Had to move rooms because room was not ready at 2pm then cleaning smell was so strong and windows did not open. Room fireplace did not work, we did not have a tub, floor was dirty but the place did not have another room so we were stuck with what we had. Then keys did not work and we got locked out of room. Host had to jump from balcony in the next room and through our window. Keys got fixed next day. Snacks in lobby were expired just not an overall good experience. It’s to bad because this was our favorite spot to stay but we will probably not be returning.

Location. Thats it. Elevator broken. Fireplace is inactive. No lock on balcony door. Windows Screwed shut. It's an older and struggling establishment.
