Under construction, sheets hanging in halls to hide the work areas

This place was not good at all… pool was closed, room was filthy. They said our room was newly renovated but the window would not close, bedding was stained and the windows you could barely see out of. No curtains on the windows either… we complained and they told us to call Expedia . Do not stay there.. save your money.

First room was musty, A/C full of mold and mildew. Elevator broken and the pool was out of service. Kinda ridiculous you pay that amount and cant use the facility. They were nice and didnt hesitate to give me a new room though. New room smelt good.

Our room older but was adequate. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was typical free hotel breakfast. Location was convenient. When I return I will probably spend the extra money and stay at Holiday Inn Express (next door) or Hampton Inn up the street.

The staff was excellent. Remodeling is being completed and the rooms are being upgraded with a fridge and microwave which helps alot. The breakfast is the usual continental breakfast.

Superb

The room was filthy and disgusting and smelled to the point where we had to get a plug-in air freshener. It looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a week. We asked for new towels and they never took the old ones or empty the garbage or made the beds.

It is to bad the room was not ready. And there was construction going on in room next to us until 9pm on a Saturday. Will not stay here again!

The breakfast was great. The bathroom seem to be falling apart a little bit. Wallpaper falling off the wall. The shower curtain bar was bent so the shower curtain kept sliding to the middle. This happened in all four rooms we rented.

The property is under renovation, which isn't really good to be honest afterwards, and the pool has been closed since February. Again, when booking this property, we got literally half of what we had asked for, with no clarity or cost reduction. Would not recommend.

Staff was very helpful with their advice on where to it and always a positive

I paid for a jacuzzi room, the knob was missing to turn it on. I called for maintenance. They should have just admitted it didn't work. When it finally did get turned on, the nastiest gunk came out of the tub. I paid for a suite and was disgusted instead. When I asked to be moved to a different room, they refused.

I read reviews before booking the hotel, but I'm not sure how this hotel received an 8.8 rating. Upon entry the smell of stale cigarettes embedded in the walls of this very dated hotel. The first room we got had a toilet with a slow flush that I thought was going to back up, and a slow-draining sink. I requested a room change. The desk clerk was very nice in trying to accommodate the change request. Hotel was sold out only rooms available had king-size beds but all contained broken whirlpool tubs. Had no intention of using the whirlpool, so I took the alternate room. The toilet in this room had a loose seat that shifted when sitting and my window view was a cracked window repaired with clear packaging tape across the window of room 123. Bed was sleeping on cardboard and the hotel overall just had a stale old cigarette smell that could not be masked. I cannot give any comments on the complimentary breakfast because the areas had crockpots that I use at my home for breakfast service and cereal dispensers that looked like all they do is fill and never clean. The hotel is currently being renovated per the construction happening on one of the floors but Comfort needs to close the hotel and renovate the entire hotel from top to bottom.

Sticky, filthy rugs, shower curtains pulling out of the wall due to screws attached directly into plaster etc. I reported things to staff and was told per the staff member she had told management that the non-renovated rooms should be provided for free.

I don’t recommend. Our TV didn’t work, no ice bucket, no cups. I asked for a room change and was denied.

It was convient It was outdated

Very dated, staff weren’t overly friendly. Lack of parking, parking lot / garbage cans were extremely full our entire stay. Room was not turned over on our second day
