Spark by Hilton Hamburg

The AC wasn't working, and when we reported the issue, we were simply told that maintenance would check it the next morning. This meant we had to spend the entire night without air conditioning. As a result, none of us could get any sleep, including our kids. It was extremely uncomfortable and very disappointing that no immediate solution or alternative accommodation was offered.

Our first stay at this hotel and it was very nice. The staff was very polite and helpful, great location and everything was clean!

I didn’t stay all night I just stayed a few hours but the stay was quiet peaceful and amazing customer service was a 10

Only thing was the WiFi not working the greatest.

Had a baby. No high chair in the breakfast area. Breakfast offering was very bleak. But the front desk was able to give us a room earlier than normal check-in since we were early with a baby. Very nice of them.

Good parking

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I know its newly renovates but I do hope they keep the cleanliness and orderliness of the place.

Cons - Staff was mostly miserable (except for one man on the day shift who would smile if you walked right up to him and said excuse me and the maintenance man emptying trash cans - he was actually friendly), but the front desk looked like indentured servants; AC was very noisy; bathroom door squeaked incredibly loudly - we woke each other up in the middle of the night; breakfast was more continental; what appeared to be long-term residents at the neighboring low-budget property were loitering in the shared parking lot at all hours - felt unsafe. Overall - we gave it a try as it was advertised as a new property; it was actually a rehab of an old motel. Surprised Hilton put their name on it. It was affordable so I guess you get what you pay for. We won't be staying there again.

Location is great if you're going to Highmark Stadium. Not fancy but good price. Go Bills!

This facility was clean, convenient, and met our needs perfectly.
