Staff were pleasant, rooms clean and beds comfy. Love the pillows. Location to downtown good. Breakfast always delicious and well organized!

The staff was friendly and the TV in the main room was a convenient place to eat some food and watch the World Cup. Nothing bad to say.

We had a great stay staff was very friendly and helpful. Now breakfast was amazing we had Matt he did a great job keeping it full and hot food out. We will be back I must say that this was a great room handicap!

Staff was great. The breakfast was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was very cold which didn’t make my spouse happy. The room could have used another table lamp for better lighting.

Staff upon arrival was superior. The location was excellent and breakfast options were very nice! Our very spacious room was very comfortable Seemed that we heard a lot of banging and noise. We were near the pool so I am not sure if that made a difference but we did hear it through out the night

The rooms were nice with tall ceilings. However, the tall ceilings meant it was built with little insulation between floors. Yes, that means every step your upstairs neighbor took pounded through to your room below. I would suggest a top floor room, if that is an option. It's also concerning that the price of the room was 50% higher than a room outside of Philly or Boston for similar hotel (in one case both hampton's). This shouldn't be the case for Buffalo, but it fit our driving schedule the best. Other than that, the pool looked nice, it was within walking distance of a pizza place, and was an easy drive to Niagra Falls. The rooms themselves were good sized for the type and the staff were courteous. They do warn you about where to park, so please pay attention to that. This is not a downside of them, or the area, just a bad neighbor.

I liked the fact coffee was ready at 4:30 am great I needed it before the horse show.

Far from our destination the hockey game. Staff were great and suited its purpose from one night

The mattress was too soft and the pillows were too hard.
