Dear Customer Service Team, I am writing to formally file a complaint and request a full refund of $204.06 due to a complete failure to deliver the service I purchased. I booked a reservation at the Hilton through your portal. Your website states that funds are not deducted until check-in, but the money was taken from my account prior to my arrival. Furthermore, when I arrived to check in, the hotel had no record of my reservation. I spent nearly two hours trying to resolve this, including 45 minutes on the phone with one of your representatives who assured me the confirmation would be sent. It never was. As a result of this error, I was forced to pay the hotel directly an additional $287, plus a $100 holding fee, to secure a room. This situation caused significant distress and inconvenience, particularly for my husband, who is diabetic and was already exhausted from driving. The lack of assistance from your team under these circumstances was entirely unacceptable. Given that the service was never provided, I expect a prompt refund of the $204.06. They were sold out, you guys took my information and lead me to think I had a room for the night, when I arrived they kindly apologized stating they were sold out & have no room For me. Do you know his hard it was to go find a hotel room on Saturday night while exhausted, I ended up at the Holiday Inn Express, next door to the Hilton….. where they had 1 room left for the night and it was for a HANDICAPPED @ $295.00 ……. Is this the Thank You? I get for using your App? . Unbelievable….. and then hours later, you have nerve to send me cancellation late at night after the fact. This is not funny
