Some more microwave friendly food in the lobby would have been nice. They say they have a restaurant but it's not really a restaurant. It's more of a breakfast nook. Although the breakfast was excellent. I got there late after all the food was done and and the frozen items they had in little lobby store, none of them were very good out of a microwave. I did appreciate being able to buy a couple of beers to take up to my room The staff was absolutely above reproach. They all did a wonderful job.

Got there 1am, was told my reservation got dropped 10’ after getting it in a few hours prior. It was sold out (same luck with all nearby hotels), luckily my coworker had a double queen and got to sleep in this room.

We have stayed in this hotel numerous times and each time we go something else isn’t included in the rate. This time it was parking. Ridiculous to have to pay $12.95 a night for parking, pay for breakfast and get an average room that only gets cleaned every other day.

How was clean and open? That your beds and extra towels was not ready available for the next day you had to request. I don’t understand why you have to request for new bedsheets and new towels at a hotel.

Breakfast was good but I had to pay for my bacon . I was surprised. Nothing Whe N people get out the pool the elevator floor was wet and slippery. I told the janitor that some old person could fall. She clean it up.

In a good location . I have stayed at this property several times with no issues, but this time was different. I pulled back the covers and found hair all over the sheets. Hair all over the bathroom floor. Then the water in the tub won’t drain.

The staff was rude, advertised service of the airport shuttle was not available, the WiFi didn't work, and I had issues checking in and speaking about my problems with the management there
