After dealing with my flight being canceled due to extreme weather conditions, I then had to book another hotel to ensure I had someplace to sleep. Worst part is Expedia refused to provide a refund. Would never use Expedia again.

Nice, clean hotel, good location and parking.

Toilet wasn’t cleaned. Check-in took 1 hr waiting in lobby. Their electricity doesn’t work so their room key doesn’t work. I have been any many hotel stays. But this is my Worst experience I have ever seen. Also they didn’t provide any notes about breakfast didn’t inform anything about breakfast. I came down 9:30. They said food is done.

Stayed for one night, the room was very clean and well maintained. The staff were helpful and very reactive.

Great place to stay.

They cancelled my reservation and left me stranded. Front staff were very dismissive and showed no remorse after they cancelled my reservation, the claimed the canceled my reservation because the third party I used in booking( Expedia) didn’t pay them. I made the reservation 2-3 weeks prior so please make itaue sense how that happens. Mind you they also never sent me any cancellation email until I walked into the building. Total mess

I had to change rooms three times. First one had dog hair on bed. All three had stained dirty carpet, hallway carpet was filthy, light fixtures in hallway were broken and ripped up, sofas in rooms were sunk in and old, shower and toilet stained, they wanted to charge $10 per car to park in their parking lot, had trouble getting an extra set of towels because booked for four and got towels for three. Breakfast had no food and had to find staff to replenish breakfast food, housekeeper was rude, everything about the hotel is old and worn out, etc....

I'd be more than happy to stay here again. The room was excellent, facilities were great. Very convienient to Arundel Mills Mall and the shuttle to BWI train station was appreciated.

Always a pleasure staying here

This place was a huge letdown. During my four-night stay, the pool was out of service, the shuttle was not operating, the bar was closed, and only one elevator was working—which was also being used by housekeeping. Unfortunately, none of these issues were resolved during my stay, and no meaningful alternatives, solutions, or compensation were offered. In addition, no housekeeping services were provided, and I was not offered fresh towels during my four-night stay. I contacted Expedia regarding the issues, but the only option they provided was to cancel my entire reservation. Since all of the surrounding properties were already booked for the dates I needed, that was not a realistic solution. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. I understand that unexpected issues can happen, but I expected the hotel to make a reasonable effort to address the problems or provide some form of accommodation or compensation. Unfortunately, that did not happen.

Unfortunately the pool was not available. The shuttle van was not working. The lobby area was uncomfortably warm.

1. My room was not ready when I arrived to check-in at 3:15pm however check-in was at 3pm 2. Furniture was ripped 3. Stains on table near beds 4. No roll paper towels within the entire hotel 5. Bathroom shower hot water was cool 6. Yellow highlighter Stains on bed sheets & bed blankets

Exceptional

Didn’t like that room service wasn’t available during my visit. Other than that the location was perfect!

It was ok. I liked the aesthetic of the lobby. Couldn’t use the pool it was closed for renovations. The room was alright. Kinda small. I wouldn’t put more than 2 in there. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was small. It had a rain shower. I hate rain showers. The shower had no racks so I had to sit my stuff on the floor in the shower. Not much counter space The doors to the room and the bathroom are super heavy. The bathroom floor got really wet from the shower. But the water was nice and hot. I really liked the kitchenette area. It was a nice size mini fridge The breakfast was ok. I would stay here again.
