The room was clean and very comfortable--especially the beds! The staff was friendly and very helpful! I've stayed at several Hampton Inns in the past. I've always found the free breakfast doable, but not this time. After the first day, we chose to buy breakfast. I even checked to see if it had improved the second day, and it had not. It was disappointing to have to add that extra expense, but not a deal-breaker when you consider all the other good things!

Nice location, near the mall and Live! Casino, and just a few minutes from the airport, with several restaurants in the area. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Outdoor pool was nice. Free parking a plus. The breakfast was not good, but I don't expect much at a complimentary breakfast. Overall, a very good value.

Close to the mall and lots of restaurants. Room was large, which was great for 3 people and myself working in the room during the day for one of the days. The area gets a little seedy at night with the casino attached to the mall. Also the staff could be nicer, it was difficult to get someone to give us additional towels or toilet paper during our stay

The experience was off to a bad start. I booked the king suite w/ sofa a week prior...when I arrived at the location I was given my room key, the female staff had no personality and wasn't friendly that checked me in. Then I went to my room it was a two bed queen standard room, I went back downstairs to the personality-less woman and proceeded to tell her a mistake has been made that I booked a King suite with a sofa. She said they were overbooked and could not accommodate... and proceeded to say it was the third party bookings mistake, then said that's what happens when you use a third party for booking. I talked to another lady that appeared to be the manager on duty and she was just as rude and was unapologetic about the mishap. I went back to the room that was poorly vacuumed with a crushed cookie on the side of one of the beds and the sink was clogged. I just cancelled the stay and booked with the Marriott next door that was very clean pleasant staffed...next time I'll just chose The Marriot instead.

The staff were extremely friendly. The Breakfast was wonderful and had a nice selection, especially for two very picky kids. The kids enjoyed the pool. We stayed just overnight because we took the grandkids to Medieval Times and the location was ideal for this attraction. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone in need of accommodations for attractions in the area. The soap dispenser, not the shampoo or conditioner, in the shower was basically empty, but luckily I bring my own along just in case. The kids slept ok on the bed, but I found it a bit uncomfortable, not terrible, just a bit too firm for my liking.

This hotel is very well maintained. The buffet breakfast is very nice. The hotel is less than 5 minutes away from Arundel mills shopping center.

Everything including the breakfast was very good. The check in took a little longer than expected but worked out ok.

I totally agree. When It Rain and direct tv went out. Get comcast. The worse mess was when uber eats delivered my food at 11 but it sat at the front desk until noon 6/6/26 because the driver did notify me. My problem was the lady at the front desk. Omg, when I saw my food way far on the left at the front desk I asked the lady about it. She said Idk someone dropped it off a hr ago. My fear with her is you let someone leave a huge bag there with no questions asked. It could have been a bomb etc that she did not question. Excuse me ms.did you contact the person here ? My company Wells Tax service will NEVER stay there AGAIN! You guys as a courtesy ONLY give clients a heads up. Due to temporary
