I like the fact that it is near the mall and all the restaurants. When I checked in I asked if I could get a room with a view. He said yes but when I got to the room and looked out the windows, nothing but trees. 2nd, we was in the room for about an hr and noticed how cold it was. Turn the heat on and it wasn't working. Went downstairs and told the clerk. She had the maintenance man to look at it but he couldn't fix it and said we need to get another room. After waiting for about 20 minutes I went down stairs and told the clerk what he said but she said there were no other rooms. Sold out. So we left to go get food for my kids but when I got back she said she had another room but he was fixing something in it. Finally got the room but it had this old, musty smell. Sprayed my lysol everywhere. We kept seeing ants. Stayed because we were tired and we had to get on the road in the AM back to SC. The hotel is a little run down. Before covid , my sister would stay here when I would come down and it was so nice.

The staff was outstanding and the room was very nice. this will definitely be my hotel choice on overnight trips to the Casino

The room was clean and well maintained. It was difficult to regulate the temperature and air flow in the room. The tv channels were limited. The staff in the evening were not friendly.

A few of the tiles in the bathroom were cracked and not grouted.

The breakfast was great and the lounging area was clean. The elevators was pretty slow

Super location, spacious room Breakfast served on paper plates with plastic cutlery. Did not see any recycling bins anywhere. More fresh fruit would be welcome. Some guests did not respect the timeframe for silence. I was woken up at 4.40 am by kids screaming in the hallway and parents did nothing to calm them down. On the contrary they were speaking loud as well.

Location and friendly staff One elevator didn’t work and the shower looked like it had mold or some kind of substance around the bottom of the tile. Also one of the entrance ways didn’t open with the key card.

Bed was VERY comfortable. Room and bathroom were clean. Housekeeping started cleaning the adjoining room at 8am. Woke us up because they were so loud it sounded like they were in our room.
