Have stayed there several times. Enjoyed the coffee, which was available all the time. Would like more of a variety of cereal, the small boxes

Not ideal for me. I was told I could check in early after having a long overnight drive to get there. Only to find out when I got there nothing was available. I was told it would be soon and I’d be notified. I never was notified. I eventually went back in around 2 and finally got a room. They weren’t very accommodating

I had reservations was told upon arrival my reservation was canceled with no notification and it was no front desk clerk for over 10 minutes

The air conditioning in our room did not work. The room smelled stale. The staff could not fix our air conditioning and refused to move us to another room.

The TV tray in the room was an excellent addition. The beds were comfortable. We had just had an experience that was much different at a competitor's hotel. The location was perfect next to the mall and casino. It wasn't clear if there were shuttles that went over to the mall. We didn't have a choice of floor. We did not want to be above 2nd floor. Luckily the manager was able to accommodate us but under normal circumstances that couldn't have happened. That's a big deal for my family and we may have to book at the hotel if it is a high floor building.
