Great stay! No problems ! Easy check in

I was really enjoying the property and satisfied with the room until my last day when the water turned brown in the bathroom. My husband call for maintenance but we had to go to the front desk to ask for a late check out because we needed to wait for the water conditioning to be replaced. We felt rushed and the desk worker seemed disingenuous. The 1st 2 days, we begged about the hotel to our family in Ohio but now we are 2nd guessing if we should bring our family back in October. Thanks for listening.

Hotel is beautiful, many nice restaurants. Lots of table games, slots are very tight. Parking is plentiful and shopping you can walk to. A really nice place for a short vacation.

I have to say this was my 1st stay and I wanted to be closer to The Ubiquitous Women’s Expo which was being held at the Live Casino. I love how the security of getting up the elevator to a room is by your room key. So, no random person can access the elevator and be roaming around. My room was very nice but the bed I slept in was seem like it was Worn down on side. Also, the pillows weren’t all that great, they weren’t very full and think they need to buy new full ones that won’t go to flat. I love the bathroom with the walk-in shower which was a big plus for me. I also love that I can enjoy the casino and the mall all in one without driving my truck, everything was in walking distance. I’ll definitely be back next year!
