Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland

The staff was very helpful during my stay and went beyond there duties when needed even when they were short handed other staff members filled in and was happy to do it. The only negative is the room furnishings were damaged but once maintenance was alerted and responded he stated it would be addressed immediately. I enjoyed my stay and had a great time and observed that someone was always around to maintain cleanliness. Looking forward to returning (If I can get a good deal cause the price is a little high)

I loved everything about my stay. 10/10

Ordered a Western omelet and was served a plain omelet. When I explained what a Western omelet includes, the server insisted ham was an extra $2 and clearly had no idea what I was referring to. The interaction made it obvious they weren’t familiar with the item at all even though its on the menu. It was late, we didn’t have time to argue, and the whole experience was frustrating and not worth the effort.

Live Casino is my go to when traveling. I usually book a room the night before I leave. Parking has never been an issue and just minutes from where I park when flying out. Very convenient for me and plenty to do while I'm there. There was nothing that I didn't like.

When I checked in it took ten mins for the host to come out of the back room, he was annoyed to have to come out to check us in. The restaurant hours were not accurate.

The hotel is beautiful, very accessible, and conveniently located near everything. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only downside is the strong cigarette smell that reaches the rooms. If you don’t mind your clothes smelling like smoke and sleeping with that odor present, you’ll likely enjoy your stay. Aside from that, the hotel itself is lovely.

We had a great time! We ate at Prime Rib and played in the casino. We grabbed snacks and drinks from Orchid.

The bathroom was amazing room size was great . Space to move freely. I wish it had a microwave in room or somewhere on property.

Despite our bad experience with the valet attendant Jonathan, LIVE took care of us. Staff were very friendly. Amazing customer service through and through. I’m glad we picked this hotel.

Recommend this hotel as it is conveniently located to the mall, airport, and casino onsite.

The room was excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond by quickly issuing me a new Live card and moved me to the same floor as my friends. The casino had a fantastic, lively energy, and the live music was a wonderful touch

Everything Were Good & Great 😎

Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the bed was not comfortable to me at all. My fiancé didn't mind it but it was too hard for me. Everything else was wonderful! All of the staff we encountered were nice. The place was very clean. Bathroom in the room was gorgeous with a huge tile shower! Plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. Cheesecake factory is always good and the sushi place was really good as well. Another plus was it being right next to the mall! We don't gamble, so can't really comment on the casino games. We would definitely stay here again though.
