Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland

Overbooked so we spent the first night in a room with one bed instead of two, but the manager was very helpful and gave us some comp dollars.

Rooms are very inviting and clean. Staff were very approachable and professional. Different choices of restaurants to choose from inside casino and located around the casino along with retail shops very convenient.

Well, the problem for me was when I needed to change the dates for seven days. No one can do so it already in the contract as it was no money returned so we understood that Expedia tried to contact them property and some reason the manager was not there for seven days when I went to call the property myself the exact same thing happen I want to check in and leave out, and I heard the same thing that the manager was not there. They have to make some type of accommodations for people who are trying to do things and the manager needs to have assistance managers if so, because not having a manager not there for seven days is kind of crazy and people bookings are need to be fixed or checked that’s what makes it a two stars has nothing to do with the casino is all about the hotel. The shower could be a little more hot and more cleaner as well and change the showerhead.

Luckies is a bit annoying conceptually. When you buy stuff there they come out with the Starbucks logo but with marked up prices. They do have ice cream though. I didn't try any of the ice cream. Luk Fu was pretty great but it's located in the casino. Not ideal if you want to have a conversation with people. David's is a great bar/restaurant in general. The Prime Rib is a bit over the top. Spent $400 there for a meal for 2. The food was great but I don't think I'd ever go back. Legitimately would have gladly spent half that much on a meal like that. I don't regret the experience though. YMMV. I cannot recommend the bar in the middle of the Casino. There's nothing surprising about it though. Seriously, head over to David's and get a better selection with better prices if you can separate your gambling from your drinking. Hotel staff was amazing. Spa was Excellent. Fitness center was reasonably well maintained and had more equipment than most hotels I've stayed at.

Very clean, and the employees were very nice and helpful

The room was absolutely beautiful. The bathroom was my favorite part. The staff was very helpful when I communicated my needs. They went above and beyond. The room was clean but we did find a used nipple cover in the drawer with the blow dryer. I would suggest that house keeping take extra precautions when preparing the room for the next guest.

Great staff. Helped me out with my reservation troubles. Clean hotel, easy parking. I enjoyed my quick stay here.
