My stay was good only problem was the hot tub was not hot

The property was clean but very worn. Our room had a strange smell and the ac wasn’t great. The ac in the hallways was nonexistent. Definitely needs to be updated.

Booked through Expedia for what they advertised as a king suite and all pictures showed the king suite comes with a jacuzzi tub… go to the room after waiting 2 hours after check in time to see it’s not the room that I booked it was a basic “suite” just a king bed and couch ….. go to tell the front desk and they say “oh well this is why we don’t like 3rd party bookings” we don’t have that room available so you have to stay where you are … go back to the room and I sit down on the couch and there 2 blood stains on it and the room just smelled moldy and the TV didn’t work, call down and have them switch our room ( happened right away but yet I waited for that room ) then the beat part they charged me for the room when I already paid the 3rd party work up to a $200 charge when it was only supposed to be put on file for the $50 incidental room fee that we get back after check out but they went ahead at 1am and charged me for the room, when this was brought to the hotel’s attention staff was just like oh sorry .. literally worst hotel experience I’ve ever had to deal with & I’ve stayed in many hotels due to many military moves. Do better!!!!

Great Breakfast, clean room and friendly staff

Rooms were clean. Breakfast was fresh. Parking was safe and easy.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Good breakfast choices. The parking was very convenient. The hotel location is perfect- right off the highway and close to lots of restaurants and shopping.

Everything was amazing EXCEPT the pool. The pool was a little dirty and mercury .
