Residence Inn by Marriott Arundel Mills BWI Airport

Nice and comfy hotel. Spacious room with a small but useful kitchen. Breakfast was great and had multiple options. Personal was very kind. We arrived at 3:30 PM and our room was not ready, but they were able to offer a similar one immediately. Body shower gel bottle was empty. Bed pillows are not the best.

Convince to the base. Close to the shopping areas. My only issue was the bathtub was a little slippery. No hand rails

I loved the stocked kitchen and the complementary toilet trees. Staff was nice and helpful. We mentioned a missing remote to the desk and the maintenance man bright I've up while we were at the store. Missing remote. The floor above us was thumping almost nonstop

The staff at check in was friendly. Breakfast was good. The renovations are really nice. Some of the suite rooms lost some space between the foot of the bed and dresser. Some of the updated kitchens were really nice. You can tell the updated rooms vs the old ones. The outdoor seating space was nice and clean. The pool was clean. The bathrooms were nice. Except my bathroom door wouldn't fully open. The door locks are wonky. You have to push the deadbolt in when you open the door so your door will close. Otherwise. This is a nice hotel. We'll be back again.

Breakfast needed more choices. Sausage patties everyday.

We had a clean room, the breakfast was great every day, I really liked the breakfast sandwiches. It was convienent to the hwy and the mall. The casino had separate parking. Restuarants were close and the room was conducive to making dinner, loved the dishwasher and the kitchenette. Everything was great.

The staff was really welcoming and nice. The breakfast was good and had many options to choose from. However, the shower was stained, the toilet wasn’t wiped well and certain areas of the carpet was sticky; I recommend walking with a bedroom slipper or slides.
