The staff was really welcoming and nice. The breakfast was good and had many options to choose from. However, the shower was stained, the toilet wasn’t wiped well and certain areas of the carpet was sticky; I recommend walking with a bedroom slipper or slides.

Staff was wonderful. The breakfast was great.

Front desk person was the rudest human being I have ever encountered. Very bad attitude and it took us over 30 minutes to check in (we were the only guests checking in at the tume). Room had smoke detector hanging on wires, shower curtains were visibly stained and dirty, room not cleaned properly (hair in the tub and shower, top of the fridge smudged with somekind of white (I'm assuming cleaning) substance. A/C in the gym and laundry room was not working. Hallway on the second floor was smelling like kitchen. Manager was very polite and helpfull, but that was the only positive thing. All overall not good experience, and would not stay there again.

The location was great! Easy to get to and very close to multiple attractions. The room was very comfortable. The bed was great. I know some people said the bed was hard, I thought it was great! We didn't have breakfast at the hotel because we were too cozy in the bed and didn't want to get up. There is ample free parking. I really can't think of anything that I didn't like.

I had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Breakfast was fresh with a nice variety of options, and the kitchen and dining area were kept clean and organized. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

It has everything you need overnight or for much longer. The property is maintained well, has a pool, bb court and lounge area. The pool is small but the kids still had fun. We needed a pet friendly place with breakfast so it worked out well.

there is no Internet impulse TVs in a bedroom and in the living room and I try to reach out the front desk to send the engineer. They don’t even respond to me and I spent a night without no Internet TV. It was my wife’s birthday.

Room darking curtains a plus. very, very clean. noon check out awesome. Not knowing which door from outside is closest to your room. It could definitely be a security issue to list outside, I understand, but it would have helped. The signs are great once you are inside. breakfast closed at 10, so we missed it.
