The stay started off real rocky during the check in process it was a mix up and I got charged twice for the same room . After being on the phone for about an hour it was finally resolved. There were no towels in the pool, the door being locked and having to go to the front desk was time consuming, the patio door didn’t work so you had to walk to the front . The staff was good but they need to work on having towels available for the pool and for your room it took like 2 hours to get some new towels .

I loved the location. Plenty of things to do nearby. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room overall was nice I didn't like the flat pillows or the showerhead

Let me 1st say I really love this hotel and the staff! My family and I have stayed here for the last 3 years in June for a family gathering (cookout) at the hotel as they have a nice grill and patio area. Here is where things go left during our stay the elevators kept going out! At one point I was forced to carry all my stuff up 3 flights of stairs aling with my other family members. It was grueling! Even the next day when my 90 year dad went down for breakfast he couldn't brave the stairs again so actual left and caught an Uber home. We had to make 10 trips up and down the stairs to get the food etc up from the cookout. I had 3 rooms for two nights and when I checked out the elevators started working again. No discount was given we left very upset. Apparently this had been an issue on and off for over a week according to other guest at the hotel. Also one grill was down and no attempts to fix it were made. Antonio and Jeff the two front desk clerks were awesome very apologetic but had zero authority to discount our stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. My family (2 adults, 1 child, 1 baby), enjoyed how cozy the hotel was, how clean the room was, and how delicious the breakfast was. We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful stay. My kids loved the breakfast and pool. The staff was very kind and helpful. Would stay again!

Prime location with city recreation center in back hotel. Kids enjoyed the pool.

Very clean, great location but pricey. “I paid almost a $1000 for two rooms for 2 nights. The breakfast was free but, I passed. The property has and indoor pool. There is also a playground, picnic area, and walking trail in the back of the property compliments of Parks and Recreation as well as Arundel Mills Mall 3 minutes away. 🏞️🍞🚶‍♂️🏛️

Close to Casino and Mall

Great location near shopping, Dining and of course the airport. Very pleasant helpful staff.

The room was nice and clean, but a very small things- the pillows are awful, there were no luggage racks anywhere, and we found the ventilation system had a high pitch sound which made it difficult to get to sleep.
