Hot water in room took awhile, would prefer bags for ice bucket and not enough breakfast selections

Bedding in room was filthy, hot water in showered didn’t work we let it run for almost 5 mins it stayed cold. We asked for a different room was denied for some reason. The parking lots were empty so there had to be another room somewhere. Just a horrible stay this was my second time here the first time wasn’t like this the second time was horrible.

We have stayed here many times over 12 years. The folks at the front desk are always nice. Marriott now owns this property. The rooms haven't really changed much. There appears to be some changes coming. The bar area was closed. So was the pool. They now charge $10 a night for parking. This applies to reward members as well. For us the only frustrating park of our stay was housekeeping aggressively banging their room key on our door around 9 am, even with our do not disturb sign displayed. We had a late night of exhausting travel the day before and just wanted to relax in the morning.

I woke up this morning to no water and had to go to an emergency leadership meeting. I did not get no indication or awareness that this would be occurring. This was a huge inconvenience as I was super late to work this morning.

The customer service is top notch. We booked two rooms and enjoy the pool and outside area. My family had a blast, close to eateries and the mall. The remodel is slick and stylish looks just like the pictures.

Everything , especially the pool and rooms have a retro vibe .. Why am I paying for parking

Bar was closed. I came here for the bar which I always di for every aloft I attend. The room smelled like cigarettes. And lastly I woke up to a puddle of water that was leaking and soaked my clothes on the floor.

This was my first time staying at the Aloft. I love everything. The staff was great, room was clean and the shops and casino were all 5 minutes away. I will be back.

As a solo traveler, I felt great staying here. Everything went fantastic and looked great!

The shuttle was the worst. I called a thousand times before finally reaching someone to request a shuttle from airport. They did NOT tell me they would be driving a rental because theirs broke down, and did not give us pickup location. We waited at the pickup area but they were picking people up at the drop off area. We had shuttle problems throughout our stay. Ended up using Uber more than shuttle.

I liked the cleanliness overall. Only thing was the sheets had some stains. Staff were very courteous and helpful. The amenities were terrible. The pool and gym was closed was out of order. I stayed for 8 days and was looking forward to the amenities to have something to do for me and the family so we wouldn’t get bored. The only other thing was in the pictures it shows breakfast with a plate of food and coffee. There was no lounge to eat and only breakfast they had was breakfast sandwiches already made located in the lobby. Was very disappointed.
