My stay was restful. No complaints.

I booked a 2 bedroom suite for my daughter's 12th birthday sleepover. 1 bedroom had 2 queens, 1 bedroom had a king, and then a pullout in the living room. Plus 2 bathrooms. Not too many kids, just 5 little girls, and then parents in the 2nd bedroom. Unfortunately, there was a freak accident where the guests damaged our suite the night prior... and just a few hours before check in I received a message that my room was unavailable. I was so upset, as this really ruined everything for us. Lance the manager was very sweet and although there was not much he could do, his customer service helped a lot. I had to settle for a one bedroom sutie (just 1 king bed and 1 bathroom +living room) and they gave us another king bed room on the complete opposite side of the building. This was not ideal, but at the end of the day they did what they could for us, as the hotel was sold out. It was at no fault of the hotel, just unfortunate. I just want to shout out Lance and Daryl. They were both very empathetic and tried to help the best way they could. Thank you Lance and Daryl for trying to be as accommodating as possible. At the end of the day, even though not what we planned, the stay worked out. The kids had fun. We figured it out best we could. The hotel is very nice and clean and comfy. The pool open til 10 is fabulous. Lance is great at his job. He was supposed to leave at 6 and I saw him at 9. He is working hard!!! Kudos to Lance. I approve of this hotel for sure!

Property was Clean and in a good location

Rooms were very clean. Great breakfast buffet. Overall a very comfortable stay. We stayed one night to make a concert at the Eagle Bank Arena, and it was about a 20 minute drive. Would definitely stay there again.

The rooms were great very comfortable and clean. The staff were great at trying to accommodate guests but the breakfast was not a hit they water down the apple juice and orange juice to try and stretch so it’s just unflavored colorful water,and the pool closes to early for guests and it’s rather small so it get crowded quick. It is in a convenient location.

The location When we got into the room my husband found a sock on the floor, an empty toilet paper roll on the floor and a couple small pieces of trash..so it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned , and I feel if I’m paying 238.00 for one night it should be clean. And we went down to the bar and grill and ordered a cheeseburger and ff and grilled cheese and ff and it took an hour to get it and there was only a couple people at the bar so it wasn’t busy..so I feel an hour was a ridiculous amount of time to wait..the menu said the grilled cheese and ff was $9 and I looked at our bill later and saw I was charged $15.

Hotel was clean and smelled amazing. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Our suite was so big and cozy, perfect home away from home.

The installations are amazing! Spacious, clean, everything you need, just excellent! The beds are super confy, plenty of pillows and towels, the personal care products are amazing. Highly recommended! BUT...we had our reservations made months ago, for a two bedroom suite. The day of our check in I get an email saying they don't have the room I reserved for!!! I called the property and was switched to two rooms, and promised no incidental fees would have to be paid to make up for this mistake. We check in, and we do get the promised rooms right next to eachother, BUT had to pay TWO incidental fees! And the girl at the front desk had no idea of what I was talking about.

The room and overall appearance of the Hotel felt brand new. Had a slight issue at checkin as my room was not ready when I was informed that it was.
