Red Roof Inn PLUS+ Baltimore-Washington DC/ BWI South

The property was as clean as it could be I suppose but, may be deeply in need of a renovation. It smelled horrible and my room had bugs.

The only downfall to our room/stay was the smell of smoke (cigarette/weed) every once in a while (may be due to the seal on the door to outside not being airtight. But friendly staff and perfect location for what we needed in a quick trip.

Staff was rude and the rooms were gross. Literally left to stay somewhere else

The rooms are a nice size. Quiet during the day and night time the action occurs. The staff's communication skills need some improvement location is near the interstate. Decent for the price.

Upon arrival, the front desk was unattended and I had to wait an unusually long time to check in. The room I was assigned was neither the right size or non-smoking. The smoke odor was terrible. I chose a larger king room with a fridge and microwave. I did not get any of those amenities. My room was small and there was no fridge or microwave. I had to throw out my food in the morning. The mattress was not of good quality. My husband and I did not get a good night’s rest. I regret using this facility.

I love the staff, they are amazing!

Not able to access room (key didn’t work), not clean

The air conditioner was working and the room was clean but it had a terrible cigarette smell and we saw some seedy activity going on in the parking lot, young girls soliciting for money

The air conditioner was leaking in the room. Needed more towels when it was asked for by my friend. Overall the room was fine.

Warning!! Do not book this place unless you are not particular about old and musty, needs renovation badly kind of places

For a quick stay it's okay. Be sure to have travel necessities.

The Room was clean.And it was pretty quiet The a c wortked really well. Easy access to the highway

Everything was good. Nice and clean room and bathroom. I was able to bring my little dog and was worried they would give us a not so good room but surprisingly it was nice. We Would stay here again. Water pressure in the shower needed looked at. I don't know if it's because many people where using water at that time but a shower with good pressure aways feel better.

People are nice

Clean and staff is great.

Our room was nice and the AC works well .. our bed mattress where really old but where able to sleep well.. the only bad thing is that who ever was in before us smoked weed and the smell of it stay in the room but over all good sleeping stop.

Alot dirty people hanging out all times of the day and night

Whole reason I booked this place was because online it says they offer a shuttle for the airport contacted front office day of flight to confirm process. They said they do not offer that even though it says they do online.
