The hotel was trashy and under construction. The hotel was trashy and under construction

Booked for a one-night stay and most of the hotel was under construction. Despite those areas the pool was still closed, the AC did not work in the main areas, and there was not a single working ice maker in the entire place. The room was clean and the AC worked there. Grateful we only booked for one night.

Property is “NOTHING AS ADVERTISED” very low budget

This hotel was absolutely terrible. The airport shuttle doesn’t run on weekends, had to pay $25 Uber to get there, and $32 Uber to get back. Restaurant was closed on Sat! Ants were everywhere, damage to everything in room, carpet stains everywhere. Hotel smelled bad. Manager avoided me non stop. When asked staff response was “oh he is here but unavailable “ 6 times I went down and asked to talk to them. Filed a formal complaint within 3 hours of being there.

Very old and dirty. Everything was stained. The bathroom floor was sticky, i only took my shoes off to get into bed. I should have known when there were only 5 cars in the parking lot.
-
The location My toilet was broken, I told the front desk they did nothing. I had to fix it myself. I didnt have any wash clothes in my bathroom. My tub look like it hadn't been cleaned in months. My TV didn't work. It looked like blood stains on the sheets. Night time front desk was nice and tried to help but no results. Day time front desk got smart with me like I was in the wrong for asking for help with the issues in my room. I was visiting from Virginia and really wanted to check out and go to another hotel but time was limited to do so. I was very disappointed in the up keep of this place. I really wanted my money back.

I never seen like this hotel facility in my life

Everything accept the bed and pillows were nice

Very poor

The location is convenient and near the airport. This hotel should not be open. The hallways have not been cleaned or vacuumed and are littered with trash, the room was covered in rubble broken off from the walls. It did not feel safe. We showed up and left 15 minutes later. Other reviews show images of bedbugs and blood stains. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Very good

Didn't know the property was under renovation. No working ice machine. Room was decent at best.

Hotel listing advertised restaurant/bar, pool, and clean intact facilities. This was falsely advertised. When we arrived the whole place was under renovation (even all of the ice machines somehow) and the construction mess was quite poorly separated from the paid for facilities. I booked this spot mainly to spend summer days at the pool with my family I was visiting and there was absolutely no mention of all of these renovations on the hotel posting. In fact, the main picture was of the closed pool! The elevators, hallways, stairwells, etc were covered in grime from the renovations topped off with boarded up doors at the end of one stairwell that forced me to have to walk directly through a hallway that was torn apart to get out of the building.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE EVER….. you would be better off sleeping in your car in an abandoned parking lot. This place was absolutely disgusting. There is also so much false advertisement in this ad. The whole hotel is under construction, the pool and restaurant are not open as well. The staff is never anywhere to be found. After checking in and heading to our room we arrived only to find our door just hanging wide open. We decided to proceed anyway. Once inside we noticed there were no towels and the sheets were filthy, covered in pubic hair. We had to go around 2 floors just to find house keeping to get new sheets. Took us till day 2 to get towels from someone. Went to the front desk multiple times and crickets. The free breakfast is a joke of saran wrapped bread that’s stale as all can be and there was zero coffee or hot water to make tea at 7am. We had booked the room for two nights and as soon as we got there I started looking for other places, but everything in our price range was already sold out due to a festival being in town so we had to stay against our better judgment. Asked for a refund and the hotel refused. This place is an absolute joke and this listing needs to be updated to reflect the truth.

We were in town to see concerts over the weekend. I had booked just the Saturday night with the intention of driving home after the Sunday show, but when the weather was turning nice, I wanted to be able to enjoy the pool the entirety of our time in town, so we booked on Sunday night as well-it was through a different booking site but the woman at the front desk was very nice and accomodating in letting is keep the same room even though we "checked out" after the first night. That's our first and last positive point! This hotel was absolutely a wreck. The pool was closed, and I don't mean closed for repairs or routine maintenance. I'm talking CLOSED like it hadn't been used in years. Cover was buckling under puddles of rain, broken furniture in disarray, broken glass- and a litter box! So, no pool. We went up to the room and it was really shabby. Furniture broken in some places, the "balcony" door almost tearing away from the wall, painted tub flaking paint, stains everywhere, half-used soaps/hair products. Breakfast: there was no coffee, hot water that was stained, toast, butter, a waffle iron, 3 bruised bananas, and cereal. We heard the clerk tell someone they were wholly booked, which didn't make sense with an empty parking lot. We found that 5 of the 7 floors are "under construction." Don't book here.

Overall condition of rhe hotel. Absolutely gross. I stayed here 20 years ago on a business trip and I don't think it's been cleaned since then.
-
Lobby was very nice and must have been recently renovated as it was no where like what the rooms were like. The room, hallways, elevator was gross. I wish I could provide more photos. I wouldn’t pay $25 for this room. The photos don’t show how bad it was.

This hotel is under renovation and should be closed. There was food in the stairway floor, cigarette butts in the elevator, rude staff and breakfast was a joke. Do not stay here.
