Horrible place don’t stay

The entire hotel was horrible

It was decently clean. I booked the hotel specifically for airport shuttle. No shuttle, no working phones at hotel to call shuttle. No wifi No tv because no wifi

No WiFi , rooms are dirty . Lamp shades are filthy , been renovating for a while . Security deposit . And NO WIFI FOR MONTHS NOW

Nothing unfortunately to report that was good. Staff was pleasant enough considering every guest was complaining about the lack of any amenities that had been advertised. Clarion should revoke their franchise. Hotel was under renovations but no pool as advertised, no wifi as advertised, not even phone service. Carpets were stained and breakfast was not good. Biggest complaint is we booked this hotel for a shuttle to/from our cruise and again there was absolutely no shuttle service as advertised during booking.

Wifi not working Saw crack pipe in the bedside drawer Rooms are not well cleaned, saw disgusting items in the room from previouw guest. Avoid this motel, it's not a hotel.

Needs a major upgrade! Please invest more into renovations.

Nothing We checked in at 1am by 430am we had to leave because of the bed bugs was itching biting we took pictures told the front desk, he stated he will tell the manager to get your money back and the hotel phone was off no land line. Never have I heard of a hotel with no phone line and in my room the phone was broke

Nothing! It was terrible. The property was filthy, hair in the bathroom, dirt on the floors. Pillows were under sized, and when we requested more they never showed up, no wi-fi, I can go on and on.

The room was very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable with plush pillows. The room was also very quiet. The common areas of the hotel were very warm and the air was stagnate, making it difficult to breathe (I am older with health issues).

No hot water.... not even room temperature. And no one came to clean my room while I was there. And you can hear other people in other rooms as if they were having loud conversations right outside my door. When I went to look in the hallway nobody was in the hallway so clearly the walls were super thin. And then someone was was playing music literally all hours through the night. Like pass 330am. Yeah I would never book here ever again. Oh and dont advertise free wifi and if the wifi dont work but the wifi that does work you have to pay for.

Not a very good hotel

Every floor but two are closed. The pool is closed as well as the restaurant. We booked specifically for the amenities which were not available. There wasn't even a working ice machine.

They did not have any good breakfast food. It was just bread and jelly. They didn’t have any eggs or sausage and they said it’s because they’re renovating the hotel so renovating the hotel means you can’t afford dehydrated eggs that’s funny.

They are currently renovating and I’m sure it will eventually be nice
