Candlewood Suites Arundel Mills / BWI Airport by IHG

I like the kitchen amenities..The bathroom wasn't fully cleaned. The shower curtain was too short. No extra toilet tissue.

Though our stay was short we enjoyed the amenities and the convenience of having everything we needed in our suite. I would love to come back soon! The staff were also very kind and courteous.

Staff was excellent. There are people that actually live at this location and they were amazing. They were so friendly and inviting There’s no designated smoking section. They say to just stand on opposite side of parking lot. That is very inconvenient.

We had a great experience staying at Candlewood Suites. It's like staying in a small condo. Everything you need is there. Beds were very comfy, Staff and Manager were very accommodating and kind. Highly recommend!

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Fresh coffee available throughout the day was a plus. We didn't use the kitchen so unable to comment on that. Ample parking. Staff was responsive to our requests

Location was great and the full size fridge and mini stovetop were perfect for our family’s needs. When I reserved on booking.com it said the room was fully refundable, no cancellation fee by the specified date, but when my booking was approved it changed to a partial refund and I would have to pay a one night stay to cancel.

They had very nice in-room amenities. Our room was very clean and neat and the staff was very helpful and it was quiet.

It was very noisy until late past 3am on Friday and Saturday night. There’s an outdoor “grill area” that was a late night party gathering spot for drunks and smokers. A terrible environment and experience for guests using the hotel for a place to sleep. You could hear the noise all night in our room.

Nice property, excellent staff and very clean. Convenient location to BWI. Only downside was room located next to street and truck traffic coming down road was loud. Would stay again.

Not impressed

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The noise level from the room above us was unbearable and continued throughout the entire night, making it impossible to sleep. We contacted staff three separate times to complain, but nothing was done to address the situation. For the price and expectations of the stay, I expected much better customer service and a quicker resolution. Unfortunately, this experience made the stay very frustrating and exhausting.
