The Hotel at Arundel Preserve

This hotel was so quiet and peaceful

I liked the ambience of the hotel. The rooms were a nice size and the hotel's appeal was very inviting. I was disappointed about 2 things, first, I had to pay for parking. The attendant at the front desk explained that the parking garage had recently been purchased by a third party company. The MOST important thing is that the hotel doesn't have SMART TVs. I was unable to log into Netflix or Prime, and unable to cast from my phone. Considering the price, next time I will be going to the Hampton Inn that has SMART TVs, comfortable beds and complimentary breakfast.

I love the rooms as well as the property. My stay was amazing and I will be back.

And then the best part (which could have turned out really bad) -- I left my diamond necklace & earrings on the desk in our room, not realizing it until we had flown home. I called the hotel, they had housekeeping immediately follow up with me. They found it and sent it back to me! So appreciative of housekeeping for helping me get these cherished items back. I will absolutely stay here again!

Clean rooms. Bed somewhat comfortable, it was a little hard but I slept well. Close to lots of attractions. Bathroom was very clean. Staff was responsive to extra needs. It was a very busy weekend for them because of the BTS concert and they handled it well.

One elevator was down and it took a long time to get to the room. Got to the room and the key wasn’t activated. We were tired, but other than that, it was a nice stay. Room was nice, bed was a little hard.

Did not have breakfast. I didn't like the shuttle was not available to and from the mall/LIive when requested if the shuttle was available. Do you have to reserved shuttle for one person and how do you do that?

Beautiful hotel. I wanted so bad to leave a 5-star review based on my first impression, but it’s simply impossible, solely on the account of the staff. They might smile but reject every request with condescending attitude. I had an impression that they don’t want to be bothered or maybe they just don’t like their jobs at all. My favorite was when asked about advertised shuttle to the airport, I was told to take an Uber or Lyft instead 😆

The bar should be open later into the evening.

Place is great, restuarants (2) in building make it very easy for a travelers

Clean, good restaurant/bars, recently refurbished Parking fees

I would have enjoyed my stay, however, my room wasn’t cleaned up and this made me feel uncomfortable.

Every time I fly home, this hotel is always my first choice. I'd like the maintenance staff to regularly inspect the rooms for any plumbing issues, such as sink or tub.

Overall stay was excellent! Some room service was all I was missing.
