Hotel is VERY nicely decorated and maintained. The ambiance is nice and the hotel fragrance is great. It was easy to get in and out and park in the adjacent garage. The staff was friendly and the two restaurants on site had delicious food and drinks! Our room was renovated, cleaned and the beds with pillows were very comfortable! I slept GREAT and that doesn’t always happen at hotels. This was a RELAXING stay! There was a lounge chair and a desk chair comfortable enough for doing light work or an extra place for the kids to sit and eat. Only things for the actual room that I would add are to change out to fully blackout shades since the current shades did not fully cover the width of the windows so the moon and light shined through, redo the toilets because it seemed kind of small and slow to flush completely, plus the shower heads were new but someone forgot to put plumbers glue and it was leaking, label all the lights so that we know which ones to use for the individual areas, plus I would include slippers, robes, and area rugs since its luxury vinyl plank, and some plastic to go utensils. As far as amenities, the pool should be heated instead of just the room to avoid being cold. The area is nice because you can walk to some shops or drive to the nearby shops which makes the location very convenient. The room also had a lot of chargers just need your own cables. I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s always been a pleasure so THANK YOU!

Hotel is newly renovated, very well kept and nice interior decorate. Bedrooms are nice without carpet and nice flooring. Hotel smells fresh and clean. The only thing is that parking is $10.99 a day for parking which ai didn’t know until to arrived. I suggested that they should inform people through messaging. The hotel messaged me before my stay there for other things but not that. Thought that should have been a notification for that too.

The bed was a bit old? and worn at the edges. Meaning, when you sat on the edge of the bed, there was no support (it gave way to the bottom of the mattress). Lighting was good (a lot of switches to figure out). The window covering did not fit the window well at the edges, light streamed in in the morning. The extra towels and blanket in the closet were appreciated. The restaurant in the lobby was very nice. Good food and staff was great. Parking was expensive but convenient. All in all, we would stay here again.

Very clean spacious I will definitely be staying again

The website maps are confusing

This hotel was beautiful, i definitely would book again!

Bathrooms need more detail cleaning. Bring back pantry vouchers for those that aren’t dining in for breakfast at the lobby restaurants.
-
Location, rooms and service are top-notch.

The hotel smelled of air fresheners and the pool was nearly the size of a hot tub. The location was good, but the parking situation was pay by the day. The hard-surface flooring in the room helped increase our liking of the hotel; the strong air freshener smell was a negative, especially for people sensitive to it.

Felt safe and secure in and around the property
-
It really nice and quiet
-
Excellent, safe location. Clean property with several restaurants and shopping nearby. Had to pay $10 for parking.

The decoration.. decent parking price...staff I can't say anything bad

The bad first, the bathrooms could have been cleaner and the reception could have been more helpful. The bathrooms were obviously not well maintained, there was pink mold on the corners of the shower and crumbs of things in the sink. The room was otherwise clean. There was a master switch for the room and nothing works until you turn it on. Fine, but the reception should have said so, it was on a piece of paper they hand you at check in, but who reads a whole print out before turning on the lights in their room? The desk was annoyed when I called down to ask. Other than that everyone was friendly, everything else was clean. The pool was small, crowded and cold, but in working order and as pictured. The beds were comfortable, all the amenities worked, the restaurant and bar were both nice. It’s a nice property, we would stay again.

Nice place.

Love the area everything close to hotel, staff extremely friendly and helpful property well maintained.

We were visiting family that lives adjacent to the hotel - super convenient but parking could be complementary for friends and family since they recommended the hotel. Other than that - great hotel. Great restaurants too .

The 2 restaurants on the property are great
