Bathroom was dirty Hair in bathroom sink, soap missing

Excellent stay welcoming staff and nice spacious rooms and good facilities. Some restaurants in the hotel and across the parking lot including a bagel shop. Would stay again.

Disappointing

I stayed here to attend a comedy show at the Live Casino & Hotel Maryland. The beds were comfortable, it was clean, and the staff was helpful. The location was close to the venue and other places such as Walmart, Aldi, CVS, and Walmart amongst other places to shop. I highly recommend.

We stayed here while visiting family who live nearby and were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Our room was spacious, clean, and well designed. The bed was comfortable and our stay quiet. Staff were friendly. The elevator wasn’t working one evening but staff quickly got to work on it to get it back into operation. Appreciated the complimentary coffee in the mornings. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

The Arundel Preserve was convenient to shopping and amenities. The front desk and restaurant workers were extremely nice and professional.

The were accommodating when we asked for a bath tub and switched rooms. Directions led us to the condos next door. We were attempting to get in late at night for check in. Wrong location. Whoops!

The staff and the facilities were incredible. I absolutely cannot wait to go back. Wanted to say a special thank you to Rain who really took care of us with respect to checking in and checking out. She also gave a lot of great recommendations for food locally. The restaurant on site is also incredible and well worth the money.

We had a wonderful stay while visiting for our granddaughter's wedding. The accommodations were excellent. The staff was both helpful and courteous. We highly recommend.

Rooms were great. Good space and very clean. Concierge was very helpful. The bar and restaurant were really good

The room was clean and modern looking. There was EV charging in the parking garage. CONS: The springs in the bed would make a very loud pop/bang noise whenever I got in or out of the bed (disturbing my partner). The shower had very little water pressure. The shower was out of body wash. One of the two elevators was broken. It took forever to get an elevator and lots of times the elevator was full when it finally did come. Had to pay to park in the parking garage.

The room and property were very clean. Restaurant on site was delicious as well.
