On Saturday I asked if my room was gonna be cleaned and they said yes when I came back at night they did not clean it, and my towels and paper were outside my door, went to the front and the guy told me they didn't have time to clean because they had a full house!! I was upset!!

We had two room rooms for our family and they had roaches and other bugs! Would never go here again in my life! Felt so bad for my kids! The room had a smell to it like water or mildew as well. That I could get over but with my kids and the bugs it just was not ok.

The breakfast was good. The rooms were massive, very clean, and comfortable.

Hotel was good but our AC in my room was very humid. The pillows had felt wet from the humidity when we had walked into the room. Thats the only complaint I had.

The pool was clean and fun for the kids. The hotel was under renovations so the front desk was not complete, there was a smell of paint in the air, but none of this was the fault of the staff. They were great. The rooms were nicely appointed. We had plenty of room to stretch out. I would stay there again.
