The staff and tenants were polite and respectful. The environment was welcoming and refreshing. It felt good to be able, take a walk at night, with a cool breeze and a feel of safety. It felt like a home away from home, being from the WestCoast and not being able to visit back home often. I live in Houston now, so it was definitely a break from the humidity and all of the constant heat. The cool breeze made a big difference. It wasn’t anything bad about the property. The pillows could be, a bit more comfortable. Other than that, the overall experience was great.

Very strong odor to cigarette

Smells like old stale cigarette smoke. Old appliances. Rusty fridge and uncomfortable bed.

My overall stay was good. I have no complains to be honest.

We paid for non smoking rooms but they firced us into smoking rooms. No service at all. Staff disappears.

Staff Parking Air conditioning

The little lobby needs to be updated,more modern looking,the carpet pad dirty,elevator paint peeling,floors need a real cleaning...room decent.

But the whole place smelled like meth or smoke Ac unit didn’t work

Rooms literally well cleaned but the amenities need to be changed. The cooking amenities did not work, the toilet bowl makes noise when sits on it, the shower was leaking with water dedpite of how tight it was. Their AC was too noisy/loud and does not give good sleep and once it stops we heard dripping water on the window apparently from the AC on the upper floor.. Parking spaces good and safe and around the hotel is well-lighted all throughout nights. Wish they can put some benches around the area so costumers can sit instead of sitting on the pavement.. BUT the strength of the place is: Very polite and accommodating Staff who always address our issues and pay attention to what we need and tried to do their best!! They are alm hard workers.. I congratulate them because they were the one who made our stay comfortable!!!

That place was terrible smells all the hallways specially the elevator. Dirty need cleaning. Room and bathroom needs maintenance very old.

Nothing… Genuinely not a single thing was okay -It reeked of marihuana and the staff didn’t do anything. -the reception closes at a certain time and they say they are reachable on the phone BUT THEY ARE NOT. it sends to voice mail so u cannot check in or if there’s an emergency then you’re basically left alone. -the bathrooms were extremely dirty -the rooms smelled like mold -the beds were falling apart
