The room was not appropriate clean

The worst part of my stay was what I found in my room. There was something in a snack that looked like a worm or some kind of insect. It made me extremely uncomfortable and concerned about cleanliness and hygiene standards. I even took a picture of it because it was so shocking. Breakfast was also very poor. The food quality was bad, and there was very little attention to presentation or freshness. Overall, it felt like the hotel is not properly maintained. I expected much better from a Courtyard property, but unfortunately this stay was far below acceptable standards. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

First time staying in this area for business travel. It was a very pleasant place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Breakfast every day was excellent. Coffee, tea, cookies all day. The pool is clean and inviting. Housekeeping is thorough and thoughtful. Convenient to highway. Gym is clean too.

Clean room good service

As I am relocating to Harlingen my apt was not ready and I had to stay 3 nights here. Staff was welcoming and informative! They allowed me to keep my same room for all 3 nights in a row since I wasn’t prepared for this! Continental breakfast is good and really helped out to include that with the facility. Rooms are clean beds are comfortable! Thanks a lot

Great place to spend time with family

Friendly staff, clean room and food is decent. I didn’t use the pool but it was clean and looks really inviting. Great location from the airport. Fresh coffee every morning and hot water if you prefer tea. The only suggestion I would have is maybe some yogurt for a healthier option.

We booked a Premier, 1 bedroom 2 bed suite. Although it appeared to be recently renovated, the designer had no experience in hotel design. All overhead lighting had been removed. You had to cross a dark room to get to a lamp. Very large Bedroom had only 2 small sconces next to the bed. Bathroom had no towel bars to hang wet towels on. Shower only had rainshower fixture making it impossible to shower without getting your hair wet. No instructions on how to operate tvs. Even employee couldn't figure out how to get ABC, NBC or CBS channels. Free appetizer coupons were given to Texas Roadhouse upon check-in, but front desk attendant had never been and couldn't give directions. Finally ran across restaurant by accident and they were wonderful. Breakfast was the best part of the whole stay. Would not recommend.

To be honest, one of the best places I stayed at

We’ve stayed here multiple times because they allow dogs but also because it’s a nice place to stay. It’s always clean, the breakfast is good and it’s conveniently located. There were no coffee packets in our room BUT they did have coffee in the lobby so all was well.

The hotel was nice a clean, and breakfast was amazing! I would definitely recommend this place
