Front desk staff was helpful. Hotel itself was fine for a night.

Room clean. Beds were comfortable. Would stay here again. Staff was great. Am breakfest was amazing!!

We loved the hotel, it was great. The only thing was that our room was not cleaned every day, but every other day. Therefore, we ran out of toilet paper and clean towesl.

Felt safe. Comfortable and quiet. Not too much parking spaces, pool was not big enough to fit all the people staying there.

Side door was locked when we tried to use our pass. It was late, we had a lot to carry & had to walk over the rocks.

The people who worked there were amazing The water pressure for the shower was horrible. The water must have been soft as it was near impossible to get the soap rinsed off.

Bathroom could have been cleaned better.

The stay was great, the breakfast was as to be expected. The bathroom amenities were very comprehensive. The supplied shampoo bottle was empty, but only took a call to the front desk. Very good experience, overall.

Nice facility

Our stay at Hampton Inn and Suites was good. While the check-in process was clumsy and protracted because we used a third-party to secure our reservation, the rest of our stay was great. The hotel is centrally located making our drive time from place to place rather short. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The A/C actually had a fan setting of AUTO that actually worked! The bed was comfortable albeit firmer than we have at home. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast menu had lots of options from fresh fruit, cereal, waffles, and hot items including scrambled eggs, potatoes, and sausage gravy. The grounds were well maintained and ixora flowers were full and bright. Would enjoy another stay when down in Harlingen.
