Room was comfortable and there was a nice area to take my dog out. The staff was very nice. The bathroom was a little small.

Proximity, that's it. Staff wasn't helpful, specifically one women working the front desk I advised my key was malfunctioning due to loose screws in handle. Locks not engaging properly, which was causing key card to NOT work. Her solution was wiggle the handle when entering, vice getting someone to immediately FIX it, even when I told her I was afraid of being locked out of my room with my small child. UNREAL!!!

My bathroom has paint peeling from the ceiling

The price was affordable, good quick breakfast, in a high volume location (plenty of food spots). It wasn’t cleaned 100%, yes it’s a little nit picky but the fridge still had some residue in it, there was a cricket in the bathroom, and that’s about it.

Great location. Rooms were good. Bathroom shower curtain wouldn't stay closed.

In general, the physical plant could use some upgrades and particular attention to plumbing details. However, any deficiencies were far over overcome by the incredible help fullness of the staff. Call out to Regine at the front desk. If we ever pass through again we’ll be back.

The rooms are very roomy. The bathroom was small but it was not an issue for us. Very comfortable beds and quiet. The breakfast room had plenty of seating. Hot breakfast of eggs and sausage was very good. Waffles were available along with fruit and cereal. Nothing. All good.

My husband and I had a really good time here. We dont expect anything fancy so it was perfect for us. The bed was comfortable and sheets were soft and clean, along with the pillows. Shower, bathroom was clean. The tv worked with our Roku stick just fine. No complaints honestly.
