All ice machines in the rooms are turned off and there is not floor ice machines to keep you cooler stocked or cool. Staff didn’t care. Good price for one night but it is a shame people don’t care about service! Room was damp and had a funny smell when you entered the room

Stains & mold in shower/bathtub. Tub drain clogged up immediately as I started a shower. Staff was very helpful

Very clean for a dog friendly hotel, pool was great and the outdoor spaces were nice as well

Room was spacious and clean. In town for an overnight. Front desk staff was friendly. I would stay here again.

When I reported the issues to the front desk, I was told the hotel was fully booked and there were no other rooms available, so I had no choice but to stay. The bed was just as bad—it sagged badly in the middle, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. I ended up buying an air freshener plug-in just to make the room tolerable since I had already paid for my stay. Honestly, I've stayed in budget motels that were cleaner and more comfortable than this. I cannot recommend this hotel. The property is in desperate need of renovation, better maintenance, and much higher housekeeping standards.

Got a room that was not ready. Had to move to another one. Service was great.

Staff was confused, they over booked. Gave us the wrong room, no extra sheets or pillows.

Room smelled a little like old cigarettes when I wanted a non smoking room but other then that everything was cool

Nice to have a full size refrigerator, micro and dishwasher, however the rooms bathroom smelled like urine with sticky floors. Room itself was fine.

I absolutely plan to stay here again anytime in visiting the area! Highly recommend for families !

Clean room

Amazing stay

Despite of booking, there was no room for us. After ix hours of driving, we had to leave to find another place for the night. Expedia customer service failed to help, just promised that we were not going to incur charges due to cancellation

Mold on shower curtain. Rust around toilet. Used bath cloth left in room, still wet. Smell when you walked in. They could not find our reservation even though we had confirmation number. Had to negotiate at front desk for over 45 minutes while they kept insisting we call Expedia about it. Wound up giving us a room but it was not at all like the suite we had reserved. Laughed when we asked for compensation for difference in room price. Not staying here again
