Quality Inn Harrisburg - Hershey Area

To be honest, I don’t know how this hotel is still open. It looks like the set of bates motel! The rooms smells like cigarettes, holes in the shower! The carpet was filthy! I immediately checked out and stayed somewhere else. It was a nightmare!

The room had a urine smell and it got on my one bag for the remainder of my trip. Iy was a one night stop to our destination. I would not recommend based on the smell and cleanliness of the room. It's difficult to get that smell out. The parking lot is small as well. Location is decent and a 15-20 min drive to Hershey Park. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good.

This is an older property with cosmetic damages- scratches, dents, stained towels, etc…. However everything worked just fine and it was clean. It was conveniently located to Hershey park and chocolate world. The breakfast was standard hotel breakfast fare. The price was appropriate for what we got so we were happy.

Hotel was ok, average quality of service, amenities and room comfort. When we got there, the fridge didn’t work for the first night but they had a fridge and freezer downstairs where we could store out items. A replacement fridge was installed in our room the next day, the fridge does not have a freezer component. Customer service was good - responsive and quick to help or provide alternatives. Breakfast is better than continental, average overall.

The property needs updating and repairs. However the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful- shoutout to Lilian for excellent service! Facility was clean and comfortable with good amenities including laundry facilities and a fitness center. Conveniently near the highway. Highly recommended!

We found multiple long black hairs on the bed when we took the blankets off. We have to assume the sheets weren’t clean if there were multiple long hairs all throughout the sheet. The kids also complained the pillow were really gross looking and they were so unfortunate. Bring your own blankets as well they weren’t comfortable either.

No need to stay at expensive Hershey hotels. The hotel is close to Hershey and has plenty of shopping. Easy access to highway.

I was honestly surprised by how clean everything was. The room was well maintained, comfortable, and much better than I expected for the price. They also offered a hot breakfast every morning, which was a wonderful bonus and helped us save both time and money. I’m very grateful for such a great value and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the staff for providing such a pleasant experience!

The receptionist was very sweet and nice and they answered all my questions. It was such a great value for the price we paid per night. I’ll definitely be back. The breakfast over exceeded my expectations. It was also a plus to have a microwave in the room.

Great budget-friendly room! The breakfast was lovely and the staff was super friendly. With such a great price, we knew they were not going to have freshly renovated rooms. That didn't bother us at all, and hopefully it doesn't bother you!

Clean room confortable breakfast

This hotel was convenient to get to Hershey Park. The breakfast was good (eggs, sausage, waffles, etc). The parking was directly in front of the hotel, under bright lights. We felt safe. Everything worked, and the hotel was clean. Friendly front desk staff.

Comfortable stay

Nice stay and close to Hershy Park.

There was something sticky on the dresser and it attracted ants.

We were extremely happy with it and would stay there again.
