Convenient location

Great price, clean room, comfortable bed. The only negative we had was when we would first walk into no our room, it did not smell fresh.

Security doors to enter hall ways

I reserved a suite for my sister and Mother to stay in while they dealt with my youngest sister’s affairs and funeral. The suite was clean and exactly what they needed to escape all the things they were dealing with. Property is old, but well maintained and clean. The staff was very helpful and changed out the suite to another one that better met their need. I would recommend for anyone needing a place for more than 1-2 nights to have a place to rest and decompress over the days exhausting business.

Awful!!! So not stay there was bugs crawling all over are room.

I was thankful for the person that came up to my room at 2-3 am to clean up my bathroom after the toilet went over the top

Very nice front desk staff and very friendly housekeeping. However if you are in an even number room be prepared to listen to highway truck noise all day and night. Also there is a musty, not so pleasant smell in the whole hotel, rooms and all main areas. You can crack a window and that helps. Rooms themselves are clean and updated. The price we paid and our quick visit makes it ok. Hard to rate because other than the smell it was a nice place.

One of the worst I’ve stayed in. Highway next to it was so loud. The bed was much smaller than a queen and extremely uncomfortable. You have to work hard to make a room as uncomfortable as that was. I ended up getting a new hotel for the balance of my trip.

hallway was dirty with dog poop outside one door. toilet was dirty with urine and pubic hair. bathroom trash can half full. bed may have been slept in and covers pulled up. Definitely avoid this hotel!

Clean room, but amenities have been restricted since our last stay. Some dogs have been a clean-up nuisance.

I loved that the room, bathroom was clean. Hardwood flooring was a plus, non smoking in the whole building, and the neighborhood very quiet. Only one thing I wished was there is having automatic sliding doors to enter when taking luggage in. Besides that I would visit again if I need to.

The real issue is coming to a room with used linen. Bed smelled of someone’s perfume… Roaches in one of the rooms. When asked for clean unused linen one of the workers tried to give my aunt the linen to change. She had to ask them to change it for her. Staff is horrible. Stood in the lobby waiting for someone to answer the after hour check in line. The phone just rang. Sat there for 15 minutes until I decided to call the main number from my cell phone where ironically someone answered. I assume it’s because they are understaffed or hire just anybody. I wasn’t expecting a 5 star hotel obviously. However I wasn’t expecting this. It’s perfect for those who has no where to stay and need a hotel for a night or a years. Lobby is clean.
