Ramada by Wyndham Harrisburg/Hershey Area

Room was very humid that the bedding felt wet. I woke up in the middle of the night to a bed bug crawling on my sheets. Checked in at 8:30pm and We left the hotel at 1230am. Do not stay here. I asked for a refund and the man told me they will have pest inspection come in. Dead bolt on top was not secure. Did not feel safe at all. Never a direct answer on the refund. Will be disputing.

Everything was good but housekeeping don’t clean room and don’t give a clean towels and take use towels

Kinda disappointed. Was dirtier then expected. Service was poor with the new owners.

DO NOT STAY HERE & WASTE YOUR MONEY. Our room was moist and smelled like musty cigarettes. The blanket on one of the beds was totally suspicious. I think there were mold spores living in it. Upon seeing that, I packed my bag and left immediately. The front desk person was nice & offered housekeeping/a new room but I could not stay there a minute longer.

Really good for the money, definitely I will return.

Pool and hot tub area were nice. Room was huge and spacious with everything you could need. Area outside of hotel was kind of strange. Old restaurant turned church and an old Japanese steakhouse type restaurant that wasn’t open as far as we knew.

Only complaint was all of the vending machines are cash only.

Hotel was perfect for our stay. Breakfast could have been better.

The room I had requested for 6 people wasnt the room I was given. They gave me my money back and we left. Our entire trip ruined.

When arrived the jetted tub had cracks in it also the seat had blood on it, the sheet on bed had like glue stuck on it, I have pictures and proof and sent it to Expedia, I went straight downstairs to check out and was told no refund, they have to take one night even tho it wasn’t even 20mins of being there. The pictures online to not match in person, if ur a boogie person this is for u, if ur high class work hard and want nice this isn’t for u. The worker also told me he would give me supplies to clean the blood off the chair myself due to the timing he couldn’t assist til morning…..for the price I thought it would be better than what’s in my home state. This is a true review from an unhappy customer of Expedia. The tub was so stained and the drain to the tub had mold/mildew and a lot of dirt

The room smelled clean and looked clean at first, but then I started to notice small details that really needed to be better. The floors were not cleaned well, and there was some mold or mildew on the tile floor under the bathroom sink. The fitted sheet on my bed had 2 small rips. It was too late and I was too tired from my trip to change my plans and thankfully I only stayed there one night.

Shower had mold; pool smelled dirty, no chlorine smell; breakfast is small - there is only 1 waffle iron

My room was so huge. .I wasn't expecting so much beautiful space...I enjoyed my stay.It was clean.

It was ok. The lady up front was a little rude.
