Went there couple days ago and the AC in the room was winding and making noise all night, got no sleep,we talked to staff and they couldn’t do anything

When we first arrived the check in process was quick and efficient. The hotel looks dated in the lobby but clean. We went to our room and all seemed great. The room was spacious, no bed bugs and seemed clean...until we saw a bit of black mold in one corner of the room. We were going to let it slide since we were only there to sleep until we saw a 12" x 24" patch of thick fuzzy mold growing up the wall behind the chair. We immediately went to the front desk and requested a new room. The gentleman behind the counter asked if we could stay there for the night and they would get us a new room the next day. Absolutely not! He then put us in another room. Thankfully there was no mold, nor bed bugs but there was hair in the bathroom sink and the floor was dirty behind the chairs and a hair was on one of the towels. So was the room even cleaned? At this point we were exhausted and grossed out and stuck since we booked a no refund rate. The breakfast buffet was just ok. There was cereal, toast, yogurt, oatmeal, mini muffins, sausage links, pre-formed egg circles, and one waffle maker for a busy crowd. Signs were up all over the walls telling you not to waste food and that people go hungry every day. I get the sentiment and think one sign would suffice. 5 signs was a bit overkill and a turnoff. Did not use the pool but looked nice. I do not recommend this hotel. It needs a makeover and to be thoroughly cleaned.

Good overall. TV and remote not easy to use.

This hotel appears to be very old and needs lots of repairs. Many things are outdated. Pool and hot tub are ok. Staff were nice. Free breakfast was fair. Would not stay here in the future.

Quiet, safe well maintained hotel. Warm jacuzzi and nice pool. Staff is friendly

Spacious room and clean hotel

There was an electric fireplace in our room that staff couldn’t turn off. It was blowing heat next to the extremely loud and overworked air conditioner. The breakfast was also pretty terrible.
-
It can be cleaner and staff can definitely be more courteous. I won’t be going back.
-
Mildew smell. Visible moisture on ceiling in room. Bed linens were damp from all the moisture in the room. Shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. Pool area stunk so we didn’t even use it. TV didn’t work either. Never again. I will be seeking refund.

Breakfast was free, not much to pick from. Im usually not picky, but got breakfast elsewhere.

There was a broken sofa and a mattress that it was very bad. There was a broken phone that it didn’t work. So every time you need to ask something you have to go to the front desk. They don’t make your beds when they clean up your bedroom. And it feels like they run out of food in the morning for breakfast. We often have to ask if they still have some! Very very disappointing! This place it doesn’t look like the picture at all. Plus it has an environment of getto very bad!!! I wish I can get my money back!

breakfast is 6-9. very limited options. and same every day. many people other than myself were dissatisfied with basic when paying that price. pool water was murkey with smelled bad. didn't allow kids to swim again. asked for a top sheet and blanket for pull out couch, was told to lower the heat but insisted on having a blanket and top shee for the needed bed space.

The murals were beautiful in the lobby and pool area. Exercise room had just enough for the space. Staff were helpful and courteous. Room was spacious and the air conditioning worked well.
-
Hotel was clean except for the toilet. It was used and not flushed, pretty basic. Other than that everything was good. Breakfast was basic but had the essentials and it was clean. I would stay there again.
-
Staff wasn’t super friendly, didn’t have a snack area with basic necessities that you were able to purchase from. The Continental breakfast was very basic and not a lot to choose from. The host/server was seemingly angry that it was busy and continued to run out of food items. Also was out of coffee!

The biggest issue was the front desk receptionist, Sam. From the moment we arrived, she was unwelcoming, unpleasant, and made us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than valued guests. In contrast, every other staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and helpful. They truly made an effort to provide good customer service. The hotel also advertises itself as dog-friendly, but that was not our experience. Although there is an additional fee for bringing a dog, we did not feel welcomed as pet owners. Sam, in particular, appeared to dislike dogs, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. If a hotel charges a pet fee and promotes itself as pet-friendly, guests should actually feel that their pets are welcome. Additionally, the pool could have been much cleaner. It did not appear to be maintained to the standard we expected. Overall, the hotel has potential because most of the staff were excellent, but the poor customer service at the front desk and the misleading “dog-friendly” experience overshadowed our stay. Based on our experience, I would rate this hotel 4 out of 10.
