Best Western Premier The Central Hotel & Conference Center

Pillows were uncomfortable, curtains did not close, so outside light and traffic noise kept me awake all night. Guests were noisy and children running down the halls. Quiet time was published to begin at 10:00 p.m....too late for people who need to sleep and get up early.

Well managed. Clean. Outstanding staff.

Nice stay

I dont think I have ever been dissapointed at a best western stay!

We enjoyed a really comfortable stay at the Premier Best Western this weekend. Your staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful in both the hotel and the restaurant. Thank you for making our very first visit to Harrisburg a pleasant one.

Amazing place and staff! Clean and well managed Perfect

Exceptional

.

Pet friendly rooms are well located on the ground floor with a large grassy area for dog walking. Front desk staff cheerfully gave us extra coffee for our room. The on site restaurant, O'Reilly's Tap Room and Pub, has good food and good service for all meals.

Room clean, comfortable bed & bedding.

Staff was very helpful and very nice

The hotel was very professional " Clean and very welcoming " The reception desk was very friendly and accommodating to my needs . Beautiful place to stay I liked everything about my stay there .

Superb

Fantastic place! Food was good, recommend OReillys! Perfect stay, beautiful building. Wonderful staff!

Beautiful hotel, huge room, great furnishings, and overall very clean. There was a distinctive musty smell in the room unfortunately, which hit you pretty hard when you entered but dissipated fairly quickly. Upon closer inspection, there appeared to be a bit of mold around the sprinkler head in the ceiling and around one of the outlets. It was very minor, and not an issue for such a brief stay, but certainly worth noting. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower/bathroom were the cleanest we've seen at a hotel (particularly at this price point) in a long time. Staff was very friendly, attached restaurant had a great bar and desserts (we did not have a meal here) with great staff as well. We did not use the pool, but wish we had! We poked our heads in and it looked beautiful and very well maintained, with great hours—open until 10pm! Overall, a very positive experience. We will definitely stay here again (just not in room 101 unless above issues are addressed) and recommend to friends and family.

This is a good hotel if you want a well run quiet comfortable place to stay that has a restaurant and a bar. At breakfast, the pancakes were good but the scrambled eggs were too dry. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. It’s a better place than the many bland chain places that all look alike.

The service was great check-in and check out would recommend as well as the restaurants

Good stay.

We Enjoyed our stay I will definitely stay again , Thanks for finding my wallet !

Comfortable beds, large swimming pool and clean rooms
