Best Western Premier The Central Hotel & Conference Center

The hotel maintains a high standard of cleanliness and organization. The breakfast buffet was satisfactory.

It's a nice hotel and the restaurant in the lobby has great food and really nice servers. The pool was cold, which was unexpected and if you have a pool-facing room, just be aware that all of the voices within echo through the room until the pool closes, which was not ideal when we were going to bed early.

The hotel was clean and very nice. However, the staff treats their guests like children. They have a beautiful bar in the lobby that is closed, a big TV that is shut off, a huge area with tables and chairs that you’re not allowed to sit in, another bar in the back that closes at 10, and a guy that walks around the property monitoring the guests. If you want to be treated like a child and go to bed at 8pm, this is the place for you.

Beautiful hotel clean and friendly

Stayed here with my family for a trip to Hershey Park. I have no complaints. Front desk staff were friendly, check in/out was easy. The room was clean, the kids enjoyed the pool(too cold for me), and my pup was happy. Would stay again.

10/10 stay again. We take a yearly trip and I think this is our 6th or 7th year here. Every staff member is incredible. The rooms are spacious and so clean. The restaurant on site has great food at fair prices and the pool and arcade are so fun for the kids. We can’t wait to come back and stay next year.
