Holiday Inn Express - Harrisburg East by IHG

Ok place , breakfast could been better but I enjoyed everything I ate.beds were really comfortable. Probably stay again. Could of been an off day

When we arrived in the evening, we were unable to find parking spaces for our vehicle with trailer and private vehicle. We found a tour bus had parked perpendicularly to five parking spaces. The evening clerk could not confirm if the bus's riders were guests of the hotel. The evening clerk allowed us to park on the side of the parking lot exit.

It needs to be updated for the price they charge per room. The carpet is old and my room was smelly. The lobby and breakfast area is outdated with really old furniture. I just stayed there because we were tired and I didn’t have another option. I won’t come back

The pool was closed after they said it was open. HUGE ISSUE. The room is in need of rehab. 417. Customer service was the weakest

The staff was nice but the hotel was super poorly maintained. If I was a holiday Inn I’d be embarrassed of this place! Everything seemed dirty and old (I.e. peeling wallpaper and tile). Elevator was the slowest ever seen and was the talk of the hotel. We wouldn’t even let our kids get in the pool…if you could call the cloudiness a pool. The hotel was way overbooked and they constantly ran out of food even the day after the truck came. They did not regularly clean rooms or replace towels unless you requested it. Their key cards were the worse…we had to have them reset multiple times a day. My advise…do not stay here!!!

Séjour correct, mais avec quelques désagréments. Odeur désagréable dégagé par l'air climatisé. Odeur désagréable dans la salle de laveuse/sécheuse. Eau de la piscine sale. Piscine fermée plus d'une journée, alors que c'était la canicule. Drain de douche et d'évier qui s'écoulent très lentement.

Clean hotel, friendly staff

This was one of the most beat up looking Holiday Inn Express I have been to as far as the rooms go. The smell as soon as you enter the room was very musty and the bathroom doors had to wood peeling off. The hot breakfast had food options and was always stocked well.

Heather was absolutely wonderful! She was personable, friendly, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rest of the staff, including housekeeping, were also kind, pleasant, and always greeted us with a smile. My only downside was that there is just one elevator for a five-story hotel. It could be a little inconvenient at times, but thankfully the stairwell was right outside our room, so we used the stairs quite often. Overall, we had a great experience. The friendly staff and convenient amenities made for a comfortable and enjoyable visit.

La chambre était pas sale mais manquait un bon ménage , les draps très mal ajusté et on a dû changé car était taché Les cartes dé portes se démagnétisaient à tous les jours on devait constamment retourner à la réception La piscine est petite et mal entretenue on ne voyait pas le fond et on dû la fermer 24 h pour la nettoyer. Je n’y retournerai pas avec tous les autres choix autours

This hotel was a saving grace after a terrible hotel stay at another place. Booked it last minute. Our room was great, common area is a little outdated but nothing crazy. Our room lay out was great (two queens) with lots of storage which I loved. Breakfast was pretty basic but great. Would definitely stay here again.

Pool was broken for part of the stay coinciding with upper 90 degree heat. The facility is fairly modern but the floors in the entrance were pretty dirty whenever we went out. Room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was a plus.
