Easy highway access. Comfortable, professional, clean.

Lady at front desk was helpful. Quiet and slept well after a long day of driving I would stay again

Waited over 15 minutes to check in since they only had one worker n she was not the nicest

The room was very nice. Breakfast was horrible. No orange juice. The water wasn’t hot enough for my oatmeal so the oatmeal packets were still hard in my bowl. Please do better with the breakfast. Room was very very nice!!!

I understand the situation and that everyone deserves a peaceful stay. Unfortunately, this experience made us feel uncomfortable, and I don’t think this hotel is the right fit for our family.

Staff friendly and helpful, all general areas seem bright and well maintained. Room was a little stale smelling but otherwise clean and comfortable. I would definitely go back.

Nice wasn't far from Hersheypark

Pool area was clean and the property was well kept. The reminder texts for quiet hours and checkout were very helpful and appreciated.

Also I really missed a comfortable chair in the corner. Had that in the king bedroom & it could fit nicely in the 2 queen bedroom. After a long day of driving relaxing in a comfy chair is always nice.

Wonderful Staff

The hotel itself wasn’t bad however I did have issue with the staff. The weekend I went there had to be some type of game for kids as the hotel was booked with a lot of kids. No issue there however the kids were running up and down the hallway. I travel with my dog this hotel is a pet friendly hotel. I keep getting calls of noise complaint because my dog is barking. I cancel my plans to come back to the hotel and the reason she barking is because kids are running up and down the hallway. So instead of the staff actually going to check to see & telling the kids to quiet down . I had to stop what I was doing once I got back to my room had to call for a noise complaint twice for the kids running. Once that was resolved my dog was no longer barking. “Go figure” Quiet hours are supposed to be from 10-8:00am… welll at 10:30 there people huddled up outside in the back and front and in the lobby.. me personally I won’t be back.

The breakfast however was another story. The sign said 6:30, but there was a line of people waiting down the hall with hungry kids until almost 7, and the staff looked like they hated doing this every morning. They had two waffle machines, both of which barely worked. There were some eggs that looked like they were decorative instead of edible in a warmer that also barely worked so everything in it was cold, and they had basically nothing to drink except coffee, which, you guessed it, was also cold. Other than the breakfast it's a nice place, and the rooms are comfortable. Just do yourself a favor and get up a bit earlier and go get breakfast somewhere else.

Room was clean. Bathroom was very small. Counter space in the bathroom was really small. Break fast area was really small. Food for breakfast had very limit ed choices. Pool and hot tub didnt have enough room to sit. No tables.
