Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Harrisburg - Hershey West, PA

The room was nice. We have 3 kids, so the pull out sofa really helped. The pool was also a nice inclusion, and two of the kids swam in the morning (good to have a 12pm checkout!). I would have given four stars but the breakfast wasn't great. Waffles and tater tots were good, but the eggs were blah as was the sausage.

Great place to stay for a short visit. We traveled to Hershey for our son's bday and only stayed two days. The place was very quiet and close to the park. Breakfast was a pleasant with many different options. The front desk was a little short-staffed when we arrived, so there was a bit of a wait.

We came to Hershey for the Forrest Frank concert at Hersheypark Arena. We had a great stay at the hotel and the staff was very kind! The room was clean and comfortable although we would have loved to have a little more time to enjoy it there! Thanks for letting us extend our stay with a late check-out after the concert was cancelled and moved to the next day! A very wonderful stay

The overall experience was alright. The issue we had was the breakfast. It wasn't as expected. Instead of scrambled eggs like on the menu, it was dried out egg patties. The sausage patties were dry, there was apple juice and lemonade, no orange juice. The milk wasn't kept on ice, so I wasn't attempting cereal. The yogurt and coffee cake were the only good things about that breakfast. Scrambled eggs would have been more ideal. If we do come back I'll bring my own breakfast makings.

It was a family trip to Hershey and the hotel was close and very quiet. Thank you for your hospitality.

As a frequent traveler, I was genuinely impressed with their breakfast options. The dining area is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff continuously refilled the food items without delay. This is probably my 40th hotel stay in the United States, and I can confidently say this has been one of the best experiences in terms of overall service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent hospitality and a great start to the day. Also they had a huge parking lot and the location is close to lots of eateries. Ideal for people who are planning to visit Hershey park.

I was happy to find a studio room that had a sofa bed with a door separating the sofa bed from the bedroom. It was a fine stay with a comfortable bed, a clean room, and great space but the hotel is right on the highway so if you get a room on the highway side it is very noisy all night. You will need a sleep machine or white noise app.

Family of 4, stayed 4 nights for HersheyPark. Hotel is 25 mins from the park. No complaints. Would definitely stay again.

My only serious complaint is the bed was super uncomfortable. Great breakfast in the morning and love that there is “quiet hours”.

Comfortable room, helpful staff

Property was clean, parking was easy, location was great for us. One of our two beds was extremely uncomfortable - the mattress had a large sag in the middle.
