Comfort Inn & Suites Harrisburg - Hershey West

The breakfast area was very clean there were hot and cold options. The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable and staff were very helpful. I would stay here again.

Pool was tiny.

Rooms were clean. Mice beds, linens and towels. Breakfast was good and had a variety of foods.

The staff were lovely however, the room was in need of repair- cracks in shower, around toilet, no towel racks and the hook was missing from behind the door. The pool was very small and in need of maintenance.

Clean room, easy parking and nice breakfast

The location was good The room was in shambles, the handle on the bathroom door was broken, the ceiling was cracked and falling apart, there was gum on the ceiling, the dresser drawers didn’t stay closed and there was a moldy smell in the room.

Need some maintenance; stuff friendly, limited breakfast

This property was in a very nice area with easy asset to major freeways. The only thing I didn’t like personally was check in had to be at 3pm

The staff were very kind and helpful. Our room was clean and good breakfast options were provided. It was great for our family on a budget. My only complaint is the pool was very small.

Looked run down, pool was the size of a. bath tub, cracks in bathroom walls. Breakfast was dreadful.

Really nice, clean, friendly personnel. We arrived 2 hours early and exhausted and we could check in early instead of waiting till 3:pm. This was the real plus for us. Everything was nice and clean. The breakfast was nice and buffet was very clean. The owner was very helpful. The only thing is I needed a shower cap and they did not have any, even to buy one. It would be better if they have a small store section where you can buy necessary items. In addition, a tiny corner section of wallpaper was not properly wallpapered, the excess had to be trimmed and if trimmed it would have been flawless. I recommend this Comfort Inn. Furthermore, the location is so convenient, within a block there is a gas station, Lowe's, and Ihop and close to the capital of Harrisburg.

Breakfast was disgusting. A puddle of water in the eggs, had to drain. Stale muffins. Hallway smelled of smoke.
