Good for a quick stay.

Room was clean, and staff was nice. We were only there for a short time, but enjoyed it.

TTHEY ALLOWED CHECK IN LATE.

I’m not usually one to rate hotels. But this stay was horrible. The only reason I chose it was the fact that it had an outdoor pool. That was closed. The man who checked us in was rude. He said a few words and walked away before my credit card was even actually registered for incidentals. Like I was taking away from more important things by simply checking in. We found numerous hairs in the shower in the first bathroom. The next morning I had water dripping on my head from the room above us. Almost fell from slipping in the water. This was all at 7am. Instead of addressing the actual issue they later moved us to that room above us. You can tell from the damage that this is an ongoing issue they don’t want to pay to address. We found out in the second room the reason for the water dripping into the room below. The shower head is not properly mounted in the shower and you have water pouring into the wall and out through cracked caulk at the bottom of the tub. The bathroom was completely flooded from a 10 min shower. I accidentally left my charging brick in the first room. I asked the front desk person about it and he immediately started giving me a hard time that I was accusing his staff of stealing. Just an overall unenjoyable experience.

Really nice one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in

What a disappointment. From the moment we checked in, I knew we should have gone somewhere else. The fella at the front desk was rude. When we got to the room, it was warm. The bathroom was filthy. Behind the door there was dust buildup - it looked like the door was opened but never cleaned behind. The air vents were filthy and hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The rear access door didn’t work. The pool was closed. Breakfast was sub-par. The eggs were runny, there was no place to get water, even the plastic ware was terrible. The knives were so flimsy you couldn’t cut the waffle. The muffins were half-frozen. They should spend more on maintaining and updating the property and less on signs telling guests what they cannot do - like “do not take the food out of the breakfast area” and “no liquids in the trash.” Even the booth chair was peeling, so they used one of the old bed runners to cover it up.

Free breakfast and plenty of parking, Thanks for the stay!

The property could use some maintenance. Our tub did not drain well, and we had to have it unclogged twice during our week-long stay. The fitness room was useful but warm inside. We did not use the outdoor pool; it's pretty small. The laundry machines worked well, and the staff provided some detergent. The breakfast was okay, but the same each day (included waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurt, etc.); some healthier options for oatmeal would have been nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made up for the facility not being the best maintained.

Run from this property!! Booked 1 1/2 months in advance. When arrived late at night after traveling since 3am from the west coast with small children was told that they only have a basement room available and that I could first look at it and then if it is not satisfactory they would refund me. What choice does that leave me to try to find a new hotel late at night? Then when I accepted the basement room where the air was not working in the middle of summer they said I could pack up and drive another 13 minutes farther east of where I needed to be to a cousin's hotel for the same price. How is that an accommodation? They should not be renting these basement rooms (there are only two rooms down here that should not even be rentable units). And if people make reservations in advance they should hold a reserved room and not place them in the dungeon. Smoke detector was removed from room. Bugs in room. Large cracks in wall that are concerning on whether basement is safe. Bathroom sink had a chunk missing in the basin that they had tried to glue back in. This is not a family friendly establishment and they are simply trying to make as much money as possible.

The staff was very nice and the breakfast was good.

The only thing we didn't like about the hotel was that you had to eat breakfast in the breakfast area and with a toddler, that is difficult to do. Also, the pool is miniature! Max occupancy is 10! PICTURES ARE DECEIVING!!

The breakfast area was very clean there were hot and cold options. The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable and staff were very helpful. I would stay here again.

Rooms were clean. Mice beds, linens and towels. Breakfast was good and had a variety of foods.
-
The staff were lovely however, the room was in need of repair- cracks in shower, around toilet, no towel racks and the hook was missing from behind the door. The pool was very small and in need of maintenance.

Good stay all around. Would recommend

This property was in a very nice area with easy asset to major freeways. The only thing I didn’t like personally was check in had to be at 3pm

The staff were very kind and helpful. Our room was clean and good breakfast options were provided. It was great for our family on a budget. My only complaint is the pool was very small.
