Comfort Inn & Suites Harrisburg - Hershey West

clean, good area and staff were friendly small parking lot

Good

We had a good stay, and if traveling through, we would stay again. The AC worked perfectly, and the beds and pillows were very nice. Great price.

I needed an extra 30 minutes. due to being released from the hospital the previous night and having surgery, and I was not granted and was told I needed to leave promptly at 11 AM. They were not busy, and they were not sold out.

Had to make an emergency stop. For one night, very happy. Lots of food options near by. Thanks

Nothing They told us we should stay in the basement in a room without a window

Passable

I like the free parking . And the BREAKFAST AWESOME! It was good for one night wouldn’t stay too much for more than one , we did have a child and sadly was placed on 3rd floor and got complaint but he’s a kid… The complaint on a kid.

Rooms were decent and clean. Parking lot was partial blocked by a van with a trailer, made it hard to enter and leave. All the lights were off when entering. Only saw staff when entering to get keys. Never saw anyone else.

We left the hotel and had to scramble to find another place to stay at the last minute. Thankfully, we were able to.

The hotel was close to Hershey which was great. The room was ok. Bed was very comfortable. But the doors needed painted & the bathroom light was like a strobe light until it warmed up. The duvet was torn at the top. The bathroom could've used some towel bars, just 2 hooks. The night we arrived the front desk clerk wasn't helpful.

Building is worn and old.

They were very polite and friendly and the place was very clean .

Staff was friendly I paid for two nights but stayed only one. We checked out before the checkout time the next day and I could not receive my refund because the way the rooms were booked (third party). I reached out to the third party, as I was directed by the staff at the hotel, to get answers and my refund back but they never responded. I understand the third party rule (possibly not getting your money back at times), but not responding and you’re a business is not professional at all.
