Fairfield Inn & Suites Harrisburg Hershey

The room was clean and the bed was comfy, so were the pillows. We didn't eat the breakfast only because we were up and out the door early during our stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Parking was plentiful! We enjoyed our stay if were ever in the area again we would chose this Fairfield Inn & Suites!

We arrived around 9:00 p.m. and found no one at the front desk. After waiting 3 to 4 minutes, a staff member finally appeared. When I gave him my name, he called another employee over, and the two spoke in Spanish for about five minutes without explaining what was happening with our check-in. He then asked me to step aside, saying, "This is going to take a while," and began checking in other guests. With still no explanation, I asked whether our room was available. He replied that it was not because "the system wasn't communicating." We were told they had a room available, but it didn't have enough beds for our family of five. When I requested a refund, the hotel instructed me to contact Expedia, even though my reservation was marked as nonrefundable. That was very concerning and added unnecessary stress after a long day of travel. The lack of communication and customer service was extremely disappointing. Fortunately, Expedia was outstanding and helped us secure a new hotel for the night and a full refund. We ended up staying at Home2 Suites by Hilton, where we had a wonderful experience.

We liked the area! And it was a decent hotel, could use a cleaner carpet in the halls and my blankets sort of smelt like dirty feet! Other than that it was a good hotel

All the staff was nice. The pool, spa, and fire pit were really nice. All of which we were able to take advantage of. The breakfast was amazing, probably the best continental breakfast I’ve had. We would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean when we arrived late after a long day of driving. Perfect spot to sleep, have a good breakfast and get back on the road. We would stay again.
