Breakfast is so bad...everyday is the same... nothing is offer different...cold coffee and so

Not their fault but there were kids running the halls as it is close to Hershey park. I did hear the staff tell the parents they needed to calm down. I don't know if this is the norm. Other than that the hotel was clean, convenient location. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was decent.

Clean room and hotel. Decent breakfast included. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure in shower was powerful. No complaints!

Cute hotel, friendly staff, clean, pool and hot tub were nice. Close by to everything including Hershey Park of course. Very nice stay!

Our recent visit to the hotel was okay. The staff were helpful. One of comments is that the breakfast needs more of a variety of food and different creamers for the coffee, cups need to be larger. The ride to Hershey park was easy and fun. We will definitely be staying here next time we visit.

Shelves. No place to set your stuff on in the shower or outside the shower. No towel racks to hang your towel after you wash your hands. Very inconvenient. Everything else was very nice.

A well maintained hotel, clean rooms, modern bathroom. Plenty of choices for breakfast. We stayed 2 nights, had to ask for fresh towels as they offer room service every other day for multiple day stays. I wish there were more hooks/bars for the towels. There’s only a tiny double one on the back of the bathroom door. Definitely recommend staying there.

Close to Hershey park, restaurants and the interstate.

This is our 5th time staying at this hotel over the last 5 years. They have done a great job over that time of maintaining and upgrading the property. The staff is incredibly friendly. We will be staying here again next year when we are in PA!

Location, comfort and cleanliness of the hotel. My stay was brief, but my interactions with the staff was very pleasant. Nothing comes to mind. I'd stay at this hotel again.

We were on the first floor. The room had an unusual smell plus in the morning, we smelled the breakfast (did not smell good). They need some air fresheners in the room.
